I went through the drive-thru on Wednesday and realized when I got home that Burger King forgot to include the 2 wraps I ordered. I called and spoke to a younger guy who was really nice. He apologized, took my name down, and said I could come back to pick them up anytime.
I came in Saturday, and the situation went completely downhill. I was greeted by someone named Dulce, who said she was the manager. She immediately asked me for an order number. I giggled a little and told her I didn’t have one, but I spoke to the guy right over there—who I recognized from the drive-thru window and his voice from the phone. He even confirmed he remembered the call and the issue.
But Dulce still acted like I was trying to scam them or something. She came back and told me that next time I needed my order number, in the most rude and condescending tone. Then, she had the audacity to tell me that I needed to come in with a better attitude next time. I came in perfectly fine, but yes—I was annoyed after being talked to like that.
This manager should not be dealing with customers. I guarantee I’m not the first person she’s treated this way. She clearly doesn’t know what good customer service looks like. I...
Read moreOkay, so I usually don't make any bad reviews on restaurants because, hey, what if this person had a bad day and such. But today, me and my mother had the most rudest encounter with an employee through the drive thru.
Happened around noon and we went to the intercom to order. This employee was this older lady, black hair with a lot of grey hair mixed in, her skin was tan and complex, and was sorta short, maybe around 5'1-5'3? Obviously intercom order are hard to take, I've worked in fast food before, so I tried to be loud as I can. Didn't even get through all of our order at all, just got to 1 item and this employee just cut me off and gave us the total.
So, we went to the window and tried to explain that we didn't get to finish our order, and the same women just said "It's hard to hear and you didn't say anything else, so your total is $_". Me and my mom just stood there shock and I tried again to explain, but she just said the same thing and was giving us this irritated face. So my mom just said we didn't want anything anymore, and this lady just said "okay" while slamming the window on us.
It was super unprofessional and hopefully that burger king will deal with such rudeness because I know that's not how one is supposed to be treated, even if one...

She came out with a big smile, asked if I needed anything else. I complimented her and she told me to tell all my friends to come. That she will take care of them and has something for everyone!! Wow!!! U just don't see that kind of passion,drive like that at a fast food place!!
