Potbelly — Restaurant in Oswego Township

Beware, very poor service. Not a smile on any employee's face. Ist employee didn't acknowledge us to take our order. When she finally did it was because my wife asked if she could order. When we went to pay the kid at the register was wearing a head mic that covered one ear and had an earbud in his other. Needless to say he had trouble hearing us. We then got snapped at when we had the audacity to ask where our food was when 2 orders after us got their food while we had been waiting. Neither order was 100% correct. Today I tried to order through Uber eats spent a good twenty minutes ordering , then after 15 minutes after the order was placed, potbelly decided to cancel my order. Doing this one time would make me upset but I’d get over it. This is now the second time that they have canceled my order well after I ordered from them. If you’re not going to accept orders from Uber, then leave the app. This experience has officially cut me off from this particular shop. Will never step foot ever again....

I have dined in at the Oswego location many times and every time I was extremely happy with the customer service. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, helpful and had a smile on their face. I would hope that anyone that claims to have had a bad experience there would go back and give them another chance. The food tastes delicious and the atmosphere is casual and fun.
