Read moreI arrived and the place had no one inside No waiting patients, no one signing in @ 5:40pm Camesha was helpful in getting me registered and explained the process. The Exam area was empty but I still waited for about 10min to get a room. Nonetheless happy to attempt to get some answers Nurse Amy came in and took my info and vitals After that My experience here as a patient looking for medical advice was completely unacceptable. The level of professionalism demonstrated by Physician Assistant Rohan Swanston was deporable. After seeing no one for 20 min. The nurse Amy had taking my info and ensured me she was generating a chart and someone would see me shortly. I stepped out of my exam room to ask someone. How long does it take to generate a chart, due to my own time restrictions and my husband and kids waiting outside I asked how much time it takes for a chart to be generated. Mr. SWANSTON took this moment as an opportunity for him to express if I was there to complain about my day I could exit the door he pointed to. I could not relay why me asking about a chart would generate such an ugly response to patient care. This lack of intelligence to assume my concern about time was me complaining about my day was completely absurd. I work in healthcare and address each patient with respect deserving or not. In response to patient care and ethics this young man has totally missed the mark in making a difference in this world. I arrived at the facility at 5:40 and checked in paid my fees up front to be seated in the back 22 minutes later although there were no waiting clients. How can you treat any patient with the needed attentiveness to detail or issues if you cannot check your own ego on the job. Rohan, you are a PA- Physician Assistant Not God, judge or jury, you should reconsider your career if you can't deal with people, it's not...
I tried two different physicians urgent care facilities this year and both times were unacceptable service. This time I waited two hours just to be told that the home remedies I’ve tried for the past several weeks are what I should continue to do. I was also told that my primary doctor is the one who needs to write me a prescription for singular and that there’s nothing she can help me with. I then asked if she can atleast give me recommendations for over the counter allergy medication that could possibly help more, she came back in the room and said since you’re seeing your PCP soon I’ll write you a script for 2wks of singular. I get to pharmacy, there was no script for eye drops which I thought we’d finally “negotiated.” Basically, I wasted two hours, an insurance claim and deductible to be told I need to see my primary. Lastnight I could not sleep, my eyes were itching and running so bad I wanted to scratch them out, my hairline, behind my ears and neck were all itchy. Nothing otc helped. I woke up with red eyes, crust, swollen face and dry skin patches everywhere! I’ve have seasonal allergies and I’ve been treated at an urgent care before with medicated eye drops and ointments but somehow this time, there was nothing to doctor could do even when I told her I’d received meds before. NEVER AGAIN! I’ve seen a PA and MD and on both occasions I was basically rushed out and disregarded leaving with no help with my medical issue. Physicians Urgent care is there to take your Money, not actually provide quality medical care! Don’t waste your time or money! Some medical professionals today aren’t focused on patient care, moreso focused on money! Sad. I honestly believe it’s some type of cellulite or other infection but I don’t know for sure because she never did an actual exam, just stood in front of me telling me...
Read moreNever coming here again, all they did for my toddler were xrays which falls under a care level 2, then when it came time to pay the nurse and office secretary we’re going back and forth about pricing, unsure of what to charge us just because we were paying debit no insurance card because the diagnostic of what they found in the X-ray was a acute fracture. When they didn’t provide any care for that fracture but just inform us to follow up with a Orthopedic Specialist. It clearly states in the bottom of attached picture that additional charges may apply due to complications or unforeseen circumstances, such as: complex procedures (like broken bones, dislocation or extensive lacerations) but again they didn’t provide any procedures or care for the fracture just xrays but they decided to charge us double of care 2 which is 500 instead of the 225 for care level 2. Also the secretary had the nerve to tell me that they would of charge me the extra 225 if I had insurance so basically because I’m a cash paying client I get charge double. After this I asked to show me proof of why she had to charge me 500 instead of 225, all she came out to show me was this webpage printout of their website where client ask what they charge for a procedure that’s not a fracture of finger, toe or rib and their website administrator replied it would be 500, once again keyword here procedure my daughter didn’t receive any type of procedure or treatment for her fracture just xrays and we were told to follow up with an orthopedic specialist. And the secretary when on to say she couldn’t give me that webpage sheet for me to take home because it’s off their webpage that just doesn’t make sense to me. If you want to get robbed go here! Never...
