Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Oswego Township

The food was mediocre not terrible but little sauce or flavor. My biggest issue is the lack of concern from management regarding my experience. During my visit there were two tables in the restaurant that were occupied however every table was dirty. The second booth to the left had a broken table top that was haphazardly leaned to the side saying it was broken. The entire restaurant floor from dining room to kitchen line had garbage on it I’m talking food, forks and even empty product boxes in front of their hand sink. I completed a restaurant survey requesting a call back to share my first time experience with them however over a week later I have yet to hear anything. In my experience if a restaurants management team does not care about the cleanliness of the restaurant they are also not concerned with the cleanliness that can impact food safety. I’m normally a huge fan of this location but they really disappointed me this time. Ordered delivery I got the Japanese Pan with tofu and when I received my food it was completely overcooked it was awful. Complained through the doordash app and they were very helpful and issued a reorder so I could get my food cooked correctly, when I received my new food, it wasn’t even what I wanted they gave me the zucchini noodles instead of the regular udon. I was so upset, I called noodles directly because this wasn’t doordashes fault, and all she had to say was the girl cooking the food was new and only been there for a week and she’ll talk to her. And to just call doordash for a refund. I felt like for what I went through I should have gotten more like a gift card for my trouble but nothing. Me & my sister Ordered chicken montamore and garlic bread my order was burnt and noodles was over cooked, the cooked tried to fix my sisters dis by adding to her bowl instead of makin it fresh, they remade both bowls and gave us more burnt food and over cooked noodles didn’t check the second order because we thought ok he will make it right got home and was very disappointed, my bowl had 1 tomato, no mushrooms and no sauce I spent 20$ on dog food and I wouldn’t have even gave this to my dog!!
