Burlington — Local services in Oswego Township

My sister and I went here today on our girls day out and when we went to try on the clothes we found, we were met with this very rude lady in a wheelchair. We don’t come to Burlington often, so we didn’t know the limit of clothes to try on. Turns out it is six. My sister had about ten pieces of clothing with her, when she greeted the lady, the lady acted very annoyed and was super disrespectful to her, even though my sister was very nice and not even a little rude. My sister put four prices of clothing away to make a total of six. The lady told her to find the 6 tag, and when she couldn’t find it since it wasn’t where she thought it was, she was even more rude and acted like my sister was dumb. When my sister finally found the tag and began to head back she looked at me and sighed while saying, “people”, and shaking her head. She ruined my day and I didn’t get her name, but I can assume it was Karen. If you ever see this lady, I hope she doesn’t ruin your day like...

I mean, Burlington is what it is, right? A bit too big, a bit too packed with items but you go there when you want a few things for a little less. What disappointed me is the continuously dwindling VARIETY of outerwear. I want to shuffle through all different types of coats and jackets for ALL seasons, to find what I need for my style, tastes and body type, like it used to be. Now there's 27,000 of basically the same style, same 2 colors, for winter only (this time) and i was looking for some fall trenches. ZERO choices. Coats and jackets from Burlington used to be a guaranteed situation, now it's hot or miss - mostly miss.

But I will say this, the selection of purses is always on point! I just need the "COAT" to go back into the name of the store, something was lost when...

Went in on Nov 1 to check out Halloween clearance. Not much left and nothing was marked. Got to the register and it rang up as 25 cents. Refused to sell it to me saying it hasn’t been marked for clearance. Then why have it on the shelf if no one can buy. Will not be returning to this Burlington. Asked when they will do their mark downs for clearance, they said in the next 3 weeks. So they have things out in the floor they can’t sell for up to the next 3 weeks. Terrible...
