Have had horrible experiences with staff members at this location. The first time I was followed around the store by staff as if I was stealing. Every isle I went down I had an associate hovering in the isle with me or right outside of it. The second time a product was signed incorrectly so when I went to the checkout the customer service supervisor woman at the front was very rude and yelled at me that it was not that price. I spent over 200 dollars that day so I told them it was not a big deal and didnt want the product then. I did suggest to the woman that they remove the sign if the product was not that price and she continued to argue with me and yelled that they would just move the entire product. I just finished my purchase and left. The third time I went back to return one item because I noticed it was broken when I got home. I was waiting in line to make my return and the same woman as the previous time called another cashier up and told me to go to that lane. So I left my spot in line and as soon as I get to the register the girl rudely tells me she can’t take returns. I was very upset as I lost my place in line and was going to have to get back in line. Another customer was kind enough to let me back in front of him and when I asked the customer service woman if they had a customer survey I could fill out she rudely told me no and to just go onto their website. The website has no place to fill out a survey or customer experience complaint. That woman didn’t ask if she could help me at all or what she could do to correct their mistakes like most customer service associates would. I will never be returning to this location ever...

I had actually never had an instance where I needed an employee to handle anything related to my transaction other than ringing up my merchandise, bagging it and wishing me a good day. Today, was an exception. I needed assistance three times. Once was by an extremely helpful, kind and generous with her time and recommendations, employee while all others were exceptionally rude. The only thing they did for me was guarantee I will never, ever, ever frequent that store again. And I frequented it often from arts and crafts, to flowers and vases, to paintings. You name it, I've bought it from that location. NOT AGAIN. I was treated like my money meant nothing to their establishment. Like my patronage was not of importance. Read moreI am giving this store a one-star rating specifically because I went there last week, and the store was literally crammed with Christmas trees and decorations...October has yet to begin folks! I went there looking for Halloween decor. There was a limited amount of Halloween decorations in Hobby Lobby, only what... a week or two ago, and now there are NONE. While Hobby Lobby is not the first nor the last store to invade their space with a Christmas overload when most people aren't even thinking about Christmas. Thanksgiving, anyone? This really pissed me off!! And I'm not the only person put off by this. Take a poll, people. Christmas has been so bastardized by the retail world that its true spirit has been lost forever.
