Update 03-2025 We tried again and we must have went at the wrong time (again) The bar tender was absolutely wonderful. But there was a guy with a dog (I love dogs by the way) but the guy was a total loud mouth. Playing slots and screaming and yelling. Then bringing his big mouth to the bar area. As I was leaving he was talking crap about Mexicans and Puerto Ricans. No management to calm the situation down. I'm glad others have a good time there, but I just seen to go at the wrong time, I guess. That was my last time visiting the establishment. Good luck to the owners
I don't know what happened (we've been here so many times) and it's been a while since our last visit but we should have left when we first walked in and smelled something weird. No one to great us and some guy at the bar yelled out welcome and sit where we wanted. We ordered our beers and we had to remind our server a couple times for limes and menus. She was nice enough but was preoccupied with people that worked there and I'm guessing some regular customers. They were loud and vulgar with no regard to who was sitting around them. In fact at one point they asked someone to move instead of moving themselves when their friends arrived. I know it doesn't sound like much but the bartenders/staff are drinking on the job and talking to friends while neglecting customers. Behind the bar the bottles of liquor have their pour spouts covered by dusty plastic wrap and plastic shot glasses. The bar was covered in some type of film and the lime (not limes as we asked for) was slimy and old. If this continues, and of course gets worse they eventually won't be in business anymore. There have been several bars in that location and next door that started out great then got lazy and service declined. I have to imagine they're losing money on over pouring and staff drinking as well. It's a shame because we really...
Read moreRoadhouse 71 made my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, their attention to detail and dedication to making everything perfect were truly exceptional. The Vianney and her staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the event was flawless, from the setup to the service.
The time and care they put into making this special day memorable for my daughter and our guests were unmatched. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was incredible, and the staff was so accommodating and professional.
The word “amazing” doesn’t even begin to describe how great they were. I highly recommend Roadhouse 71 for any event—you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for making this milestone...
Read moreAwful experience and it isn't the first time. Took almost 1 hour to order a water and pepsi. We had no drinks at all including non alcohol for over an hour. Food then took an hour and a half after waiting about an hour to order. I understand they are busy but at least apologize and bring water. The manager was rude and could care less. She did not apologize. She thinks that it is acceptable to wait that long for a drink at a bar or restaurant? I get you are busy but apologize and offer something. Terrible attitude. This is the worst service I have ever had a...
