Blonde Roast - Sunsera
Notes of bright citrus and toasted almond. Starbucks® Sunsera Blend™ is crafted for lovers of balanced, smooth, flavorful, easy-drinking coffee-hot or iced, black or with creamer. Just as the name greets the sun, the coffee itself, a blend of semi-washed and sun-dried Brazilian and washed Colombian beans, is shaped by it.
Medium Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. It's served fresh every day at a Starbucks store near you.
Dark Roast - Starbucks® Thanksgiving Blend
Starbucks® Thanksgiving Blend is our expression of gratitude to the world's most distinctive coffee regions. Beans from Sumatra in Indonesia, Sidama in Ethiopia, and the Antigua region of Guatemala are expertly blended and richly roasted to create a cup that's delicately sweet-and worthy of the finest feast. Elegantly flavorful and aromatic with notes of candied pecan, sage and dried fig, it celebrates the true spirit of the season. Bright Meyer Lemon & Cocoa Nibs
Dark Roast - Caffè Verona®
Well-balanced and rich with notes of dark cocoa and caramelized sugar. Try it with a piece of dark chocolate to bring out even more sweetness and depth.
Decaf Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The first time, the drive-thru was so slow that I eventually went inside to order. The second time, with 4 cars in front of me, it took over 12 minutes from the time I ordered to even get to the window to pay. The third time, as shown in the picture below, it took 10 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I had my drink in my hand, and there were only two cars in front of me in line. Time to find a new Starbucks: 3 strikes you're out.

Quality is the same, but the drive through is a mess. It always takes such a long time and they did not build out a long enough drive through for those waiting. It goes into the UPS lot and then the others coming in from the other side entrance, and then it blocks the way out. Not the most accommodating one unfortunately. It’s true only one in Oswego basically so we all have to make due.

Came for a refresher asked for a mango passion fruit with lemonade and instead of the dragonfruit to add extra strawberries which you pay more for and this is what I got how you gonna charge more and barely put any in literally asked for extra

I most of the time order my drinks on the app and pick at this location, no big deal staff seemed friendly, yesterday I was shopping around the area and order some drinks on the app, got to Starbuck, the drive thru was busy, so I walked in to get my drinks. An older lady greet me, I told her I had a mobile order so she told me to go to the other corner to get my drinks. So I was waiting for about 10 mins and no one would let me know if my drinks were ready. Until this young barista(male) asked, I mentioned that I had a mobile order, so he told me they weren’t receiving mobile orders at the moment because the system was down, he mentioned to check if my order was sent to another location, so I went back to my car to get my phone, and for some reason my order was sent to a diff location. So I walked back in and I go to the same barista (male) that mentioned the system was down and I told him nicely that my order was at another location that if it was okay to make the drinks there or if I had to go to the location my drinks were sent, so as soon as I said that, one of the other young ladies whispered to the old lady, the old lady looked at me and rolled her eyes like if I was doing something wrong. With attitude she took my order and was in such a rush that I was telling my order and she kept interrupting me, I had four drinks to order and at the second drink she cut me off and I told her I wasn’t done yet, with attitude she kept asking what else I wanted until finally got all my drinks. I hardly ever leave reviews because I honestly don’t have the time, but for this one it needs to be addressed that if a barista doesn’t know how to work professionally in a busy environment then stay at home, specially that old lady that probably was tired and...

I've never received such awful customer service. I've been an every day Starbucks customer for years. I order, and have been ordering, a Grande Nitro, in a venti cup, with extra sweet cream. I'm willing to pay for the sweet cream. I'm not asking more than the grande amount of Nitro (I know they cannot serve more than that).

I've ordered this since Nitro came into all of the stores, maybe 4 or 5 years now? I've only had a problem at this store (moved here from another area last year). They state over and over that they cannot put it in a Venti Cup. They have told me that there store manager stated they cannot do this anymore and even at one point, told me that their district manager stated that they cannot do this. But why is it only this store where it is an issue? At one point, they told my husband that I can have the drink and that it was an issue with the old store manager, but he is no longer at the store. So for a period of time, I was able to order the drink. That is until yesterday when again, they stated they are not allowed to put the drink in a venti cup. It's just unbelievable. I went to another store down the way, and they served me the drink no problem (like every other Starbucks I have been to the last I don't know how many years).

I thought Starbucks is all about customer service? I've already made a phone complaint to their corporate team about this.

It seems crazy that a store like Starbucks is turning away a customer that is paying sometimes almost $8 for a drink in an economic downturn. It's so...

Honestly… the drinks are good. But the wait is SO LONG. I have never been to a slower Starbucks in my life and this location has always been extremely slow. Especially in the drive thru. That, paired with the horrible drive thru/parking lot design, the slow service causes extraordinary backup leading outside and around the parking lot area. The drive thru design also leads to people cutting in line because there is not a clear entrance.

I also tend to do mobile orders, which is supposed to be faster, but by the time I get my drink it’s been sitting for 5-10 or more minutes. If you plan on doing a mobile order in the drive thru, place it before you get to the speaker and no earlier.

UPDATE 4 MONTHS LATER TO ADD It never ceases to amaze me how SLOW they can be at this location. I just ordered a chai tea latte as a mobile order in the drive thru (was the only person in the drive thru, and there were no customers inside) and I sat at the windows for genuinely 6 minutes. I timed it on my phone. Absolutely ridiculous. And as someone who used to work at a Dunkin and went through the Starbucks training I know that a chai latte is only milk and Chai concentrate pumps... it is one of the easiest drinks on the menu to make so why in the world did it take SO long to do... it's extremely frustrating that the employees just don't care about...
