Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Ottawa

I was going to drive home from work back to Joliet and kill myself, but I drove by this Jimmy John’s. Jimmy John’s is always closed whenever I try to eat at one; the last time I think the location in McHenry had just been robbed unfortunately, so they called it a day. The lady on the drive through microphone had a soothing voice like the trauma nurse who helped me stay calm during my MRI and CT scan when I fractured multiple vertebrae in my neck and told me I wasn’t going to be permanently paralyzed, and she asked if I would like my sandwich cut in half. I do like my sandwich cut in half, but I forgot to ask because I’m mentally overwhelmed right now, and honestly I would not have ate at all if I ordered the sandwich and then forgot to ask for it cut in half because I genuinely would’ve felt so stupid and upset at myself that I wouldn’t have been able to wait until I got home to peacefully try to end it. I was helped quickly by a brunette of intimidating beauty with arm tattoos, and another team member brought my sandwich almost immediately afterward to keep the drive through line moving. Everyone smiled even though it’s Saturday and it’s probably busy, and everything about my order was correct. I have gone to the Ottawa, IL Jimmy John's many times before today and, for the most part, my orders have been correct. Today, however, my giant sandwich only had meat on one half of it. The other half had NO MEAT AT ALL. I called to inform them about this. I was told that they watched the video of my sandwich being made. They insisted that meat was put on both sides of my sandwich, and yet, when I unwrapped my sandwich, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO MEAT ON 1/2 OF IT! I don't know which sandwich they watched being made, but it certainly wasn't mine. They told me there was nothing they could do. VERY POOR SERVICE!!! BAD BUSINESS!!! I wish there was a lower rating. More than once I've had my order messed up here. Didn't receive my chips in one order. I receive a medium pop in a large cup every time I order. I work in the food industry, as well as fast food or just restaurants, so I understand being "that customer." With that being said, I've never called before until the last time I ordered and today. Someone in this store has a vendetta against me or something because when I order for my boyfriend and I, his food and drink he ordered under my account is perfect every time. Today I ordered bacon on my sandwich like any other time. No bacon. No straw and a medium pop in a large cup. When I called last time they told me mistakes happen. I get that.
