Why do I pay $14 for undercooked fries and a burger covered in mustard? I visited Freddy’s through the drive through at the end of my day to have a nice meal for dinner. What I didn’t know is I would arrive home with cold, undercooked, soggy, unseasoned, under filled fries. The picture shows the exact amount of fries I was given, I have never experienced this before, especially not at Freddy’s. I was incredibly disappointed to pay $14 for my food to only receive less than half the amount of fries that comes in an order. I should know, I worked at a different Freddy’s location about 2 years ago. I ordered a double cheeseburger with cheese, ketchup, and mustard. There was no ketchup on my burger, but there was enough mustard to the point it was dripping off the burger. It was honestly inedible due to the overwhelming amount of mustard. The only good thing about my order was the peppermint Oreo shake, it’s lovely to have just a desert as a meal when I expected to have a whole dinner with actual food. Thanks...

Customer Service here has really gone downhill in recent years. If you have any issues with your orders, you’ll be suspected of trying to Scam them. Fortunately, I was persistent in getting my money back for the unsatisfactory items that were sold to me in my order.
Suggestion: File a dispute with your bank if staff here refuses to refund you for any issues at this location. This way, the franchise cannot keep the money – and the funds will be Returned to you, respectively. And use your phone to take a snapshot of that receipt...
