Wish I could give zero stars. Went there for the first time with my mom, husband, and 4 year old daughter recently. Awful. Walked in and obviously had no idea what to order. Asked the cashier. She didnt have any recommendations. So we ordered what we thought would be A. Worth the money and B. Taste good. I ordered the Steak stroganoff with chicken instead of steak. My husband ordered spaghetti with meatballs and added shrimp (more money but that's what he wanted) and ordered my daughter a kids meal. What a rip off. First, I didnt even get my chicken in my meal. As a matter of fact, there was ZERO meat in my pasta. The cook even confirmed that AFTER we had to go to the counter to give any amount of a review on our food. My husband had 3 meatballs in his pasta and about 4 shrimp as well as like 2 tablespoons of pasta sauce. That one pasta dish costs us almost $13. For almost nothing. My pasta, as stated before, had no meat and had barely any sauce. The food wasnt even warm either. As I am going to get my daughter a drink, 3 employees felt the need to argue in front of several customers. One employee (the cashier) even went as far as to say to another employee "did I ever ask for your opinion?".. very unprofessional. We left because we were so unhappy and pretty much threw away over $50. That's alot of money for the terrible food and service we recieved.

I decided to complete the survey on my receipt and asked for a manager to contact me. Talked to a "manager" through email a couple times. She wanted to call me. I happen to be at an event with my 4 year old when she called so I asked her to call me back. She claims she called back but never left a message so I think she was just trying to cover her own butt. I emailed her MULTIPLE times giving her times that worked for me to discuss my experience and have yet to receive a call.. it's been 3 weeks. Read moreI will start out by saying the actions of the front counter staff on Sunday August 22 2021 was horrible. I get that you were busy with online orders but straight up ignoring the lobby is complete and total garbage. There was a gentleman waiting for his food before we ordered and still waiting after we sat down. About 15 min into hanging out no attempt to get us our food was made at all. And the paitent gentleman was still waiting. I interrupted a worker and asked about my food with he stated was 2/3 completed. He then proceeded to inform me one side of the kitchen was slammed didn't say sorry just more stop bothering me. The patent gentleman came up and asked about his food which he was given a higher priority due to his wait. I noticed they were unorganized and just plain rude. When this gentleman finally brought me my food it was the wrong portion size and I informed him as such and he walks back to what i thought correct the error, no he brought me a receipt that I was never given in the first place. The place was unclean. Not all tables are available due to capacity limitation i guess buy man, all the available tables were dirty.
Waiting time is very long. I ordered noodle and took forever to prepare. I am believing they are prioritizing online orders which i think theh should prioritize the ones on their restaurant.
I ordered korean beef noodle and it tasted worst than a cup noodle you buy from the convenient store. I can barely see any meat. U know the feeling of i ate an overpriced noodle with no satisfaction at all.
The staff who take the order was nice and thats the only thing i see good. No more.
