Stopped by this Starbucks today, got two food items and specifically asked for a x-large/trenta water. First, I got my two food items fairly quickly but proceeded to wait about 15 minutes for the water after seeing the person that had been in front of me in line get their drink and behind me. I then asked the barista at the counter if they could just give me a trenta water and they nodded and walked to ask the person at the register who took my order something and proceeded to bring me a tall/small water. I asked if there was anyway I could get a larger one because I was headed into work and just wanted a decent drink to take with me for a long shift. He shook his head. So I asked if I could have another of that size and he gave me one. Then proceeded to start talking to another barista while looking at me like I was crazy. I understand I didn’t pay for the water but at that point I would have happily paid for it just to have a trenta. I used to work at Starbucks (not this particular location) and people would ask for waters all the time of any size and we would happily give them it- it takes about 30 seconds to put water and ice in a cup rather it be a tall/grade/venti/trenta. Secondly, this Starbucks prices are higher than other Starbucks. I noticed on my mobile app the other day I ordered a Iced White Mocha was $6.75 there and at another Starbucks two days ago it was $4.95- both mediums/grandes. I get that it’s at the mall but almost $2 more seems excessive. It’s not just this particular item but many others I’ve seen as well looking thru the app. Overall, this Starbucks just doesn’t seem worth going to anymore and I will just stop by the one on my way to work rather then in the mall. Read morethis is hands down the worst starbucks location. first off there was puke out front of the store, that the employees and staff refused to clean up. i saw 2 people almost slip/fall. the entire staff saw the throw up & was notified. but didn’t do anything about it. an employee named kerem did take a yellow caution out to cover it, but removed it 2 min later without cleaning up the mess. second it took 15 min for the 2nd drink for my order. meanwhile the entire line behind me was getting cleared out. when i asked for a refund because i was tired of waiting, that’s when they decided to make my drink. then told me that we can’t give me a refund, only corporate can. i called corporate & they said that was a lie. I never received my drink for my order & still was never given a refund. Also, Kerem was yelling at a customer shopping about the puke & talking shit about customers while making drinks. Sam is supposedly the manager on duty. but clearly knows nothing about his own company. this location is terrible & so are the employees. i filed a complaint with corporate & so did the other...
