I went here for the first time today and I was expecting this trip to take 5 minutes at most which may have been unreasonable but when I came up I only wanted a coffee. There were only 3 people In front of me when I got there. I went up to order and knew what I wanted when I got there. I pull forward (simple coffee with carmel) and then I wait, and wait and wait.
The car waiting at the window was there for who knows how long. I see them hand over a bag. I think this is fine, they just had a complex order or something.
Next car, they pay and then we wait and wait. 10 minutes has already passed since I got there, they finally get their coffee, (2 or 3) I think there must be more for it to have taken so long, but then they drive off.
The last car pulls up, I hope it's something simple. They then pay and I see the guy looking out the window and nothing. He walks away 5 more minutes pass and I am definitely going to be late to work now. They hand the coffees over and they drive off. They had at least 10 minutes to get these drinks ready. I think maybe only one person is working. They drive off.
I get up to the window, the person takes my card and I pay, I see 3 people at least in there and am confused as to why three cars took nearly 20 minutes to get coffee.
I will go back because I live dunkin but next time I'm...
Read moreI really had a good experience there last week and thought I should leave a good review since most people only think to leave reviews when they have a bad experience. I've eaten at Dunkin' donuts since I was in high school. I'm long out of high school but still enjoy the donuts. This location has been understaffed for a while but I still go there even though it might take an extra minute or two. I could tell that the guy behind the counter was slammed yet he had a great attitude and was very professional in spite of his lack of help that morning. I've been in the service industry for 40 years and can spot a good employee and a bad employee right away. Even though the guy was slammed he kept a level head and my experience was excellent. I must have looked a little down that morning because he made polite conversation and smiling said, "enjoy the coffee and donuts and have the best day ever." It really picked me up and made me smile. Thank you Alex. I appreciate your service and dedication...

Update from tonight: 8-18-2020
Turn your lights off when your establishment is closed. Lights on, including business name, tends to indicate to consumers that your business is open I sat at the menu board for nearly 2 minutes after your automated announcement asked if I wanted to try something.
Yes, you have a sign stating you are temporarily closing early, but it is a small 8x10 sign that is about 3 feet away from the vehicle when sitting in the drive-thru and it is below the menu board. There is also one on the drive-thru window. But I did not know that until I pulled forward.
Otherwise, my one experience in your restaurant was alright. Friendly and happy counter hosts. I did not like that they put the donut upside down in the bag as the frosting...
