I placed an online order. As most typically would, when placing an online order, you're not usually expecting to be waiting as long as someone who is just coming in and placing the order, as they already have your order before you arrive. After pulling in through the designated area for online orders, I sat there for about 15 minutes. Within that time, another customer pulled in through the drive through, and left within about 5 minutes, from them telling them the order to them pulling off. No other customers pulled in, there was only 1 customer for the full 15 minutes I was waiting. I ordered 2 meals, an extra fry, and 2 desserts, so I truely do not understand why I waited so long, when the customer who pulled through the drive through ordered 1 meal (I was nosey and listened). When the window was opened, the lady didn't say anything and just started handing me food, so I asked, "for karley?"(me), to which she did not acknowledge at all, I asked again, still no acknowledgment, so I just took the food. She was clearly very impatient with me and rushing to hand me bags, once again, despite no one else being there. Rookie mistake, I guess, but I pulled out to go home without checking bags, only to realize when pulling the food out on my table that an entree was missing from the 2 I ordered. I called the store, twice, to try and get a refund, and no one answered. The food we did receive was overall good, just as any other Rally's food is as it all comes frozen, though the sundae tasted a bit odd. I deliver with doordash, and haven't ever really had a good experience with the customer service or wait time at this location. Certainly will not be coming to this...
Read more8/12/2019 thought I'd try again, Pulled up to second speaker, and waited. After a long silence, I asked "hello?" to no reply. we waited and watched 2 different cars order and pull forward on the other speaker. We asked again "hello? is someone there?" still silence, we waited a total of 4 minutes in complete silence, and after watching the 4th car pull through the other speaker, we left in frustration. Why do you even have a second speaker if your workers will ignore it. SO FRUSTRATING to be ignored, will not return to this franchise, never seen a rallys struggle to operate a simple drive through to such a failure.
12/6/2017 some power washer parked the wrong way in the drive thru closed the main drive thru rudely, after trying to get acknowledgement at all on the other side's drive thru for about 3 minutes we pulled up to the window where an employee stared at us arriving before walking away so that they could collectively pretend we didn't exist for a few minutes, even with a little toot of the horn.
So after parking and walking in to the walk up area, I had to wait for anyone to even notice me for several minutes, while I was sure there was no cars in drive through, and not a single other customer, because we were the only one's in the 'not' drive thru.
they were surprised that the drive thru was closed, insisted there was nothing they could do and kept trying to aggressively take my order with "well what do you want then!?"

Read moreI just walked to the rallys close to my house the employees both (2) were outside they seen me walk up there i was ready to place my order nobody came til 5-10 mins later food was hot but they didnt give all the money back as in the change that was owed an they said that “they dont have receipt paper” but yet just printed out my receipt balled it up an threw it in the trash i asked for the receipt when i got my food cause either way when they give you change back or the food you order theres supposed to be a receipt so i asked for my exact change they said “we dont have $ bills at this damn place” service is terrible they need new employees up there i highly recommend dont go to that one unless they get new employees an more “receipt paper” the way the man took the money out my hand made it seem as if they was COMPLETELY BROKE like had no money in the register i worked as a cashier but i made sure my customers would want to come back i give this store not even half a star they get NO stars from me if i was a option yall can get sued for stealing people money or trying to be sneaky with they money the man had put something in his pockets but i couldnt tell what it was cause i was watching my back cause of the cars pulling in then they also dont have the walk up window open at all which would make it easier for people who walk to jus go inside to order instead of having to worry bout getting hit by a car me im pregnant that wouldve been smart to have...
