Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Owasso

Last night we ordered to-go. Pulled up, confirmed our name for order. Waited 20 more minutes and noticed that all cars around us got their foods and left. We kept waiting. I noticed that the same car that just left 10 minutes ago came back with his food, returned it and got his order and left. Chili’s sever decided to give us the very same bag of food that the customer just returned. We told the sever that it’s the same bag and we do not want it and we want them to redo our order (we parked in front of the door so we saw everything). Husband decided that he should go double checked in case they give us the same bag again. Chili’s employees wouldn’t let him stay inside and told him needed to wait in the car... Why? You have customers dining in, hello?! After 40 minutes, they bought our food and we left. We don’t live far from the restaurant but once we got home and looked, the ice cream had melted more than half way (so it’s the same ice cream from the bag earlier), our appetizer’s had so much cheese on top that it had clumped up already (usually there’s barely any cheese and you guessed it, it’s from the same bag from earlier). We ordered chicken pasta and usually there’s hardly any sauce but this time, yep, there were extra sauce meaning the cooks added extra to warm it up. The food was terrible. Everything that was supposed to be hot besides the actual meat from the fajitas was cold. Except the clearly microwaves tortillas that were basically rubber they were so bad. Manager came and asked how everything was and we told her the fajita meat was awful. That it tasted like garlic on a plate. Because thats all you could taste was garlic and char. The chicken was so tough it was inedible. And all she said was she would tell the cooks to not be so heavy handed with the garlic and walked off. $105 and my toddler ate his meal, I drank my drink and my husband and I each took 1 bite out of our food. However I will say the dessert saved it. Molten lava cake and skillet cookie were great. So if you only want to go to order dessert I say go for it. But an absolute waste of money and a great way to ruin my birthday dinner. Never going back. Also make sure you make it absolutely clear more then 3 times not to put something on your plate you don't want them to. Because I said twice and she repeated it once back to me that I said no Pico and no onions. Since im severely allergic to onions. It stared with the hostess, we asked for a booth and we were walked past three clean booths to a dirty one. We were asked to wait, while she wiped down the booth that had food all over. Then, we were seated in a wet booth. The waiter came over and took our drink order quickly and brought out drinks fast and took our order. Then, he never came back. Our drinks went dry as we sat through my wife’s entire lunch break. Our food never made it to us. We watched another table, that our waiter had, get three refills and they we getting impatient for their food as well. Another couple of people that sat down 5 mins after us ordered chips and salsa to start, and waited 30 mins for them. After an hour of no refills and no explanation we left. Before leaving, my wife said that she wanted to speak to the manager and pay for our drinks(tea and Strawberry lemonade). The manager, after hearing about our experience, said sorry and don’t worry about the drinks. We ended up stopping at Panda Express and doing a run and grab to get my wife back to work.
