Munchkin donuts were absolutely deplorable and I wouldn’t even put any actual food on any of my orders. As someone from MA I was excited to have a Dunkin in Owasso. Last time I got a coffee it just wasn’t that good. Every time I get a coffee, I ask for cream and 4 Splendas, and that somehow turns into 4 cream 4 sugar…I didn’t ask for diluted coffee that’s more like warm milk and 4 cream is completely dependent on who is making the coffee, so it’s not consistent at all, poor training and lack of care from associates.
It is quite obvious that the owners are way in over their head and don’t check in to the store IN PERSON nearly as much as they should, at the point this store is at the owners should be in there every day working themselves with how awful this place is run. Managers are also way in over their head, absolutely 100% underqualified to be managers and don’t hold their NUMEROUS workers accountable and train them properly, instead they just allow them to have poor customer service, not do what they’re being paid to do, and are seemingly okay with just allowing them to stand and chit chat rather than do their actual jobs they’re paid to do and take care of the customers, if you have time to talk, FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO. You’ve got 5+ employees in that tiny place with trash cans overflowing, tables are nasty, poor customer service, and poor product availability planning. They should have this place in sparkly tip top shape and then some extra pizazz with how many employees are there constantly. They’re just paying people to be warm bodies inside the building at that point, why even have that many employees and lose that much money on their paychecks when you could hire quality staff that could work circles around the people there right now. If they aren’t doing their job, FIRE THEM. It’s. that. simple.
I understand it’s fairly new but this place has been open for a while now and is essentially carrying the torch of helping Dunkin expand from the northeast and they’re utterly failing at it in every aspect imaginable and it all falls on the owners shoulders of not holding their store managers and employees accountable and taking action when it’s needed. There’s zero excuse for it to be this bad at this point. There is too much competition here for them to slack off. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shuts down in a year and it’ll be no one’s fault but the incompetence of the owners and the management.
Not to mention the parking lot is horribly planned/set up and somewhat...
Read moreCustomers perspective: Ordered an iced vanilla latte and it was basically milk and syrup. I order the same drink no matter what coffee place I go to because it's a safe option for me. They were out of all of their sandwiches. I also had a doughnut and it was definitely not fresh or good. I've had better at walmart. If you want a good, fresh doughnut, go to Cheris daylight doughnuts in Collinsville.
From a dashers perspective: The employees will constantly skip your order if there are other customers in line, and will not stop skipping you until the customers run out, or you say something to them. I hate being rude to restaurant workers, and try really hard to understand where they are coming from, but I am constantly pickings up orders several minutes after they were supposed to be delivered and the customers are always mad at me for it.
Another really bad problem here is that they are ALWAYS out of a ton of items. I took a door dash order here not too long ago and it was a dozen doughnuts, some beagles, quite a few other sandwiches, and a drink. THEY WERE OUT OF ALL OF THE FOOD! When I went to pick up the order all the worker handed me was a drink and said that they were out of all of the food they ordered. I asked her why they didn't just cancle the order and she said I could still deliver the drink... I told her the customer was not going to want to pay a delivery fee and a tip for just a drink when they were wanting food. She she litteraly didn't understand so I called the customer and asked her what she wanted to do and she said "obviously just cancle the order." AND THEN THE EMPLOYEE GOT MAD AT ME!
That was the last time I took another door dash order from there and I won't be going back as a customer. Please shut this down so we can have something better...
Read moreHORRIBLE services. Went through the drive through today and even though there are signs everywhere saying for mobile orders to not stop at the ordering spot and go straight to the window (mobile order even has its own lane) the blonde lady serving me came to the window after 15 mins of waiting to be yelled at “ what are you even waiting for” the lady then said she didn’t know I was waiting and should have stoped at the ordering spot. Even though there was about 10 cars behind me that went through and ordered so she was very aware that there were MULTIPLE people waiting. when I explained I had a mobile order and have been told MULTIPLE times I have came through this drive through to NOT stop at the ordering spot and to go starlight to the window for mobile orders she told me with full attitude I was wrong. The lady then said the $3 coffee roll I ordered was out of stock and said I could have a glazed or strawberry donut instead ( I wasn’t worried about the $1.50 difference I just wanted to leave at this point) I then get home to my “glazed donut” have no glaze on it and being joust cooked dough. The lady was extremely rude and had an attitude the whole time she spoke with me. I had absolutely no problem waiting, they were busy and as someone who has worked in customer service for many years I understand the stress. But when you come full force attitude and rude to a costumer there’s no excuse. You would have better luck going to one of our small donut...
