I hadn't had subway in literally years but today I ordered because my daughter specifically wanted a cold cut and she and I have been sick and not feeling well. I ordered via the website. It took from my account but never asked for a name etc and kept wanting me to checkout again. I went to the store and the workers called the manager to see what to do. At first I wasn't sure what to do, pay again or wait 5-7 days for it to not clear in my account since they never received the ticket. Manager was able to get me my sandwiches for my daughter and I and we were happy, only having to pay the 1 time. I tipped the employees 20% cash because truly they did everything they could to stay within regulations and help me out. I'm not sure their names but they're appreciated and so is Mrs. Stacey! Read moreJust got a sandwich from here. Everything on it was messed up due to cashier seeming to not write the order down. Just threw away a $8 sandwich because of incompetence. Not going to eat at this subway again when there is one 3 miles from me that gets the order right every time even when I give them a difficult one.
I don't care if my food takes some extra time or if you have to repeat what I said back to me. When I told her we would pull around to give her order. She began yelling at us, saying no, no no. I went ahead and pulled around as I was not able to yell due to my throat hurting.
