Arby's — Restaurant in Owensboro

I use to love arbys roast beef sandwich and the cheese sauce it was my favorite thing to get...well as of tonight never again!! The roast beef was so old it tasted awful and the cheese sauce was soured or something because it was a totally different color and tasted really bad. So I go to the manager and I tell her and was really nice and told her and all she says is I'm sorry didn't offer me another sandwich or anything! So I pay for the blt bc maybe it was just me, I knew I should've! It was awful too and again no care in the world to try and fix it or anything.The manager was on her phone and eating while on the floor! Like how unprofessional we was the only ppl in there but that doesnt mean do it. Yall gotta do better! People literally can't do anything without looking on their phones at work! Maybe if they did or have managers that cared the food would be a lot better! Treat your customers better!...

This place was great. The staff was prompt and courteous didnt give me a hassle for using cash not even exact change mind you. Food came fast!!, but at a cost! My curly fries also came with a few bonus stragglers from a different cut of fry. The buns on my wife and I's beef & chedders, 3 sandwiches total were not toasted so they were chewy.. came fast!!, but chewy.. My daughters chicken strips were chewy didnt seem fresh once again. Fast!!, but chewy. The place was very clean. Even though the food was sub par this night we still rang the bell.. It might freak out some fast food employees to ask them: (please slow it up a little on your particular order) so the quality is better the wait would be all the worth it. Fast isnt always better and you always get what...

We tried again. This time, we didn't get our large fries, ended up with smalls instead. But after we tasted them, we were fine with that because it tasted like the oil hadn't been changed. The buns on our sandwiches were hard, too. I really hoped the last mistake was just a one-off. Afraid not.

Updating review. They must have had someone take over, because my order wasn't right. I eat one meal a day, and today I wanted it to be Arby's as a treat. I ordered a bacon beef and cheddar combo, and when I got home it was a darn chicken sandwhich.
