Omg went 2 Tim Hortons today and they weren't busy so I ordered a snack wrap with aside the hash Browns and coffee .it comes to $8 let's see $8 i went to the window paid for try to use my points they said I couldn't I said I didn't have enough I said fine just go ahead and take this my debit card so I left went home and ate the hash Browns on the way which were cold and hard And I was there about 9:30 in the morning so that was odd that they were old. so I get home and Open the snack wrap and looked . my mouth fell to the floor it was the size of a small tiny taco and I thought oh my God I paid $8 for that I thought nope so I wrapped it up. and went back to Tim Hortons when I got there the girl . approached the counter she said is there a problem.. wonder why she would say that. so then I said yes can I speak to the manager. she goes I am the manager I says you're kidding she said no. and I said so I opened up the snack wrap and I said look at this that costs me $8 She said ma'am you ordered the snack wrap I said yeah look how little it is. And plus it's cold and the hash browns were cold . she Said it is what it is. I said you're kidding ! that's how you treat a customer . I said I've been in the business 30 years and never have I treated a customer like that .you should make it right so then she proceeded to say (some girl whispered in her ear ) and I said who is that and she said she's a manager or she goes I don't give out names and I said oh she manager she said yes . And I said what is your name ? She said it was Annie .so I said okay I'll take the refund so she refund me The snack wrap I said you're kidding ! she goes no and I said the hash browns were cold I said is that how you make it right! You've got to be kidding me .!so some young girl the third girl that work there didn't get her name she peaks around the corners as ma'am we're trying to do the best we can and basically I said mind your business I wasn't talking to her so to make a long story short I said you're gonna take a chance of my 2 million people who see my post on google maps you're gonna take a chance of getting a bad review because you don't know how to handle the situation I said okay. well she give me my money and I said have a nice day I hope no one else gets treated the way I did and I left.. chances are I won't go back there again they need to train their workers better than what they did if they need help I'm available I've been in the...
Read moreThis store constantly forgets items. I have made MULTIPLE return trips to get my orders resolved. This time I am unable to make a return trip and leaving the state tonight so taking down my name for a return trip I will never be able to make is stupid. As a manager, you should have been ABLE and WILLING to resolve this by dropping off the missing items of my order. Your sense of company reputation is so far gone that I am surprised you are even in business. I wonder why I see new people and turn over so high at this store it makes my head spin. You should just close down and save everyone the multiple return trips. You all want more money but you can't get orders more than 60% correct the first time. I'm wonder what kind of training or lack there of is happening at this location. You need to fix this. ASAP. Train better or hire better. Either one would do wonders. You give good business you get more business. I guess you are happy losing customers and not gaining money and reputation. I guess when you run out of customers and there is no repeat business you can hire one person to run that entire store just to keep from closing down....
Read moreWorst service ever. Went through the drive thru. Placed our order, a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese, and a bagel breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon. Add a couple of drinks and that's it. We were asked to pull ahead they would bring our order out. We park to wait. Another car gets pulled ahead and a third. After waiting for 10 minutes the car that was behind us gets their food brought out. At this point I try calling the store (the lobby is locked) to find out what the problem is. The driver from the other car that got pulled ahead gets out of his vehicle and goes to the drive up window asking where his food is. The lady working the window was extremely rude to him and myself told us to get back into our vehicles. He refused saying he wasn't leaving until being handed his food. I think an almost 15 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait without any communication as to it being that long. I contacted customer service asking to be contacted about this terrible experience and still have yet to receive a call. This is the worst experience I've had with a fast food...
