Wendy's — Restaurant in Owosso

I ordered food through the Wendy’s app for the first time and that was quick and easy! Anyways I’m not the one to leave reviews but after what happened today im disappointed. The reason I’m leaving a review on 1/29/25 is because around 4pm or so is when I pulled up to speaker the lady seemed stressed or just had an attitude.. she said “I cant hear you” in a rude ass way and so I spoke up even though I felt like I was yelling and proceeded to pull forward and when I get to the window she didnt greeted me or anything she just pushed my drink in my hand closed the window and then handed me my food a few seconds later and never said anything which is honestly rude asf in my opinion to do to a customer especially if you want them to come back so I just pulled away because I was done and there was other cars behind me. She didn’t greet me, smile, nothing so to me she seemed like she didn’t care and/or didn’t want to be there.. so idk if she was having an off day or what but her attitude makes me not want to go back. I get home to eat my food and my French fries and lemonade were delicious but my jr bacon cheeseburger and chicken nuggets were not good I couldn’t finish them. My chicken nuggets had a very weird chewy texture and weren’t done in the middle and my bacon cheeseburger had 1 1/2 pieces of bacon on it, didn’t have much taste, and 1 piece of lettuce that didn’t look good to eat so I gave the rest to my dogs. Unfortunately, our food was not up to par. I've eaten at this location before and it was some of the best fast food I've ever had. As in EVERY TIME I've ever gone there or just passed by, the drive thru was lined up all the way around the building and the lobby was packed. There was a sign on the door that the lobby was closing at 7:00 p.m. and we got there around 6:45. There was a girls soccer team still ordering and eating, along with the full drive thru so we should have just left but our own circumstances made the decision for us. We ordered the newest thing on the menu, some kind of cheesy bacon burger with onion rings and a cheesy toasted bun, and it was bad. It had no flavor, it was cold and it was dry. It looked like it had been cooked twice. The fries were fresh and hot and the service was pretty good, considering the circumstances. I'm still giving them four stars because, as I said, I know they usually do better. Just don't blame me if you have the same issue I did. Perhaps the long lines are now for a different reason other than their usually better than most fast food...
