SDS Pizza — Restaurant in Oxford Township

I went there and ordered a small pizza and when I got home I raised up the cheese cuz I seen something black and I plainly told them no olives but it was loaded with olives it only had two pieces of little sausage I don't even think they put the onions on but I called back and I talked to the manager and I asked him who made the pizza he said he did and I told him I said I don't understand how you are success at your business because it was the worst food I ever got and we had a pizza place for 32 years and I know how Pizza Works and then they have the window to where you can see the cooks and what they're doing inside back there and you don't want that people are going to stand there and watch them and I did and one guy took his hand through his hair they didn't have no hairness on didn't have no gloves on and you need to wear gloves when you're making food not unless it's hot you can't put your gloves in it but it was the nastiest and I would tell people not even go there to try it you're wasting your money but what shocked me is that the manager was so rude and disrespectful and I've never had anyone at a business talk to me like he did if he's not the owner they need to fire him and if people are going there and getting that nasty food you must not have no taste or are you one of those that will eat anything no matter how it tastes good or bad so don't go there...

I ordered food that took 2 hours because the person that answered the phone failed to take down my apartment number so I had to call back and then when they came and bring me my food I’m assuming it was the food that they made two hours ago because my food was so cold I ordered a steak grinder which was slimy because of how cold it was and then as you can see on the pictures below the salad was super old lettuce was brown and I ordered a chef salad which comes with meat in it and I did not receive meat I’ve ordered from here before I had no problem but I feel like this is unacceptable that you guys failed to even call the number that you guys have on the receipt when you take the order even though you didn’t know the apartment number you guys should’ve called my number but it said you guys went back to the store and didn’t even call me back and tell me you guys didn’t have the apartment number. No nothing I had to call you guys and then you guys sent me cold food I don’t know what type of restaurants, you guys are or fast food or delivery or whatever but you guys suck super bad I would never ever recommend anybody to...

There was a simple mess up with my order due to an inconsistency with the actual menu and the website order form and instead of being friendly about it and just fixing it, the DRIVER, not the establishment, calls me and argues with me for ten minutes yelling at me and telling me I can't read. He doesn't even offer any sort of solution. His sole purpose for calling me was to relay to me how apparently incompetent I am. I proceeded to call the manager to inform him of this harassment and his response was basically that it's my fault because now they have to make another sandwich. The driver came again and I proceeded to tell him that SDS has lost my business because of the disgusting and appalling treatment of their customers to which he responds, "You're right. My behavior is appalling, especially to people who try to tell me how to do my job." Apparently reading to him what my receipt says and him arguing with me about it is telling him how to do his job.
