I received a notice on my door that I wasn't available when they tried to deliver my package when I was definitely home. The notice said I could get my package the next day at a UPS store. So I tracked my package with the number provided on the note, and it said it was awaiting customer pickup. I drove to the store for the woman at the counter to tell me that "your package isn't in the system, it just automatically says it's ready even if it isn't." At the time it was 12:30 and she told me to come back after 1:00. I called the store around 1:20 to ask if my package was ready, and I was told it was. I drove to the store to find a 'back in 10 minutes' sign posted on the locked door. I waited for over ten minutes outside the store!

They didn’t explain, rather defended themselves (they cannot change the address blah blah blah). I don’t know your supply chain but I wanted to who Who/How should I approach???? A b.lady went to the back and gave me a phone number of UPS….. I called UPS and they needed tracking number… I told them I have no tracking number but I have a story to tell….. so and so!
