Horrible service. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer in any store. I was extremely polite and wanted to switch to t mobile family plan from Atnt, but the main employee there treated the request as if he was doing me a favor. Not only did he make the experience absolutely unpleasant, he did not even do the job correctly! The simple task of porting my atnt number wasn't accomplished and I had to wait 48 hours (missing numerous calls on my old number) and even after calling them at the store to fix the issue on the phone (which is totally doable), they asked me to visit them again for their own incompetency! I called the customer care at tmobile and guess what they ported my number in 2 minutes! I would hate to go to this store again and would try to just call customer service for my issues which is 100 times better. Please T mobile ask your store employees to be more polite to...
   Read moreI had the best experience at our local T-Mobile in Oxford with Davin and Larry. I thought my phone was terribly broken and they easily figured out it was the sim card! They replaced it and saved the day again by ordering me a new screen protector. They explained my screen was fine, it was the protector that was cracked then answered 20 other questions I had about how my phone works. And I ended up buying a better charging cable which will make all the difference. They explained the science of the cables to me! I had the best customer service ever. What a relief. When your phone is on the fritz it changes everything, right? Well now I'm feeling so much more confident about how to keep my phone healthy and my bills low! When I do want a better phone I will definitely come back. They saved the day and made what seemed like a huge stressor for me fun and easy to understand. I am so grateful....
   Read moreThe employees are very rude. My daughter needed a new SIM card and had our passcode, which is all any other location required. Joe wouldn't change it as he said she hadn't be a sign or in the account. I called and he was not only rude but very unhelpful. I called back to ask a question and James accused me of sitting in my car and locking the door when he walked by. I was in Illinois so not sure what he was trying to imply. The manager John just as rude and never offered an apology. He implied that the reason for not using the passcode is there is a lot of fraud with the college students in Oxford. Wow! Would never send my child there nor recommend anyone going there. I was told by John that he doesn't care if I post something because he has a lot of people who have to come to his store and my review won't matter....
