This store does not carry much stock. So I tried to order online. I paid through PayPal, and it came out of my bank account, but it took me back to the previous page and asked for payment again. I did not try a second time. I went to the store to place the order, and the manager kept insisting that the Hamilton store had it. I finally showed him a picture of what I was ordering, before he said well no, we don't have that. When I went to pick up my order, there was no record of it, and no paperwork to sign for it. They finally took my receipt, entered it online, and let me take my purchase. Plus the item wasn't as shown and described online, so it will require extensive modification to work for my application. This is an incredibly well-run, customer-focused local hardware store. Walk in and within 30 seconds someone will ask you what they can help you with. Don't ask "what aisle is x in?", tell them what you are trying to accomplish and someone will help you through the whole process. If you've never fixed a running toilet, or need to epoxy a soap dish to shower tile, or need to rent a chainsaw, this is the place for you. Even their teenaged staff is more knowledgable than anyone you'll find at Lowes or Home Depot. They might not compete on price/selection with the big boxes but they are miles ahead on service.
