Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Oxford Township

The employees at this location are incredibly incompetent within doing their jobs. We spend over $50 on food and had it delivered to a local hotel. You would think that with such order being delivered to a hotel, they would automatically provide plates and napkins. When my fiancé called to ask if that was normal customer service they began to get rude. The store manager BILLY decided to call her ignorant and hostile and hung up on her while she was asking a simple question. I love papa johns, I order from this store in Oxford quite frequently. Regardless of who my driver is, they have no idea who to call (I always post my number in the info and the drivers note.) More than half the time, they never call and take the pizza back to the store. This is only a trend that’s occurred in the last month or so. They have admitted to not calling my number because it “doesn’t look correct.” Even when I finally call in and do get my pizza, it’s no longer hot and fresh and frequently disfigured. We've ordered here consistently, the food is good on most days, but I'm pretty sure the last pizza I ordered from yesterday gave me food poisoning as I'm expelling demons into the toilet as of now.
