Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Oxford

I ventured into this poultry paradise craving a delightful feast, and while my journey had its ups and downs, I left with a satisfied tummy.

First off, the main attraction: the Chicken Finger Plate. I got four lil crispy delights that were like little breaded warriors fighting their way into my heart. The chicken itself was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. However, I couldn't help but wish for a touch more seasoning. Perhaps the flavor Gods got a little too shy this time, but overall, the chicken fingers were quite good!

Onto the supporting cast. The crinkle fries played their part, providing a satisfying crunch with each bite. They were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of salt. As for the Texas toast, it was a buttery treasure. Though a tad on the greasy side, it added a comforting element to the meal!

Sat in the drive-thru for about 45 minutes just to arrive home for them to forget one out of the two number 1 meals we ordered. Immediately called the restaurant to tell them what had happened and I was told to come back to the restaurant where they would give me my missing meal. Upon arrival I showed them the receipt as well as the other meal we actually got. I was then told they couldn't do anything about it since we didn't have our to-go box but we had all of our other items. I wasted an hour and a half out of my day dealing with this situation and I was essentially told "too bad so sad". If you want to get fast and credible service just go to Chick-Fil-A instead. I wouldn't recommend anybody come here as they won't reimburse you for their own mistakes and they also won't give you the food that they scammed you out of after sitting in their drive-thru for over half an hour. I haven't had a worse fast-food experience in Oxford than I did at this Zaxby's restaurant. They scammed me out of 1.5 hours of my day and $12 from my missing meal. Do not eat here. Absolutely ridiculous...

On 7/24/22, I ordered grilled zen Cobb salad and a chicken sandwich meal. I get home and ready to sit down and eat to find there are no fries and no chicken on my salad! I call back to the store just to inform them. I speak with the manager Shawn, who tells me he personal made my salad and that he knows he put chicken on the salad but I’ll have to bring it back if I want another salad. I ask him if he wanted a picture of the salad because there is no chicken. I explain to him I would have to drive 10 miles back to the store to return my food. He says, no people take food off and say they didn’t get it, just to get a free meal. Well I drove back to the store to get my money back and to show this rude Manager that I didn’t get what I ordered.
