Went to the restaurant and ask the waitress for a heater at the table because I have Raynard disease, She told me that the manager told her no ! it’s not fair for me to have an extra heater, I asked her did anyone else ask for heater , and she stumble off. the manager came back and told me that he cannot give me an extra heater. And I cannot move any heaters. We sat there for nearly 30 minutes so I Went to the waitress and ask her for an menu and she rolled her eyes and stumbled away from me again. I asked her for her name and she just kept walking as she if she didn’t hear me 10 minutes later we get a menu, Other people were already getting their food that was seated before us one of the customers noticed that we have been sitting and have not been served he offered the manager to pay for our food, And we refuse for the customer to pay we then got our food 20 minutes later, and the food was not even cooked the food was cold, the manager didn’t even apologize he seem like he was mad the customer move the heater for us, the manager Said nothing to them, maybe it was because he was a little lighter than us I don’t know what the problem was. Read moreI placed an order for delivery through the Chili’s website. I guess they use a third party either DoorDash or GrubHub for delivery services. I receive confirmation that my order had been and would be delivered in 45 minutes, 30 minutes later I receive a message through text saying my order has been cancelled and I need to contact Chili’s. I call Chili’s and the lady on the phone tells me I have to contact DoorDash because they stole my food. I asked why do I have to contact DoorDash when I placed my order through Chili’s website. I asked to speak a manager because it just didn’t make sense to me. I paid Chili’s so Chili’s should give me either a refund or my remake my order. As I am speaking to the manager he proceeds to tell me that a DoorDash employee picked up my order and they don’t know what he did with food! He tells me to call DoorDash because they have my food. Even though it is unclear to me why I have to contact a company Chili’s is in business with to get a refund, I call DoorDash and the lady explains to me that my order was cancelled because the delivery guy couldn’t complete the delivery due to an “emergency” he had. She also conveys to me that DoorDash cannot give me a refund because I paid Chili’s. I am 4 months pregnant and just extremely frustrated with the service I received from both Chili’s and DoorDash. I ordered 70 dollars worth of food and no one can give...

Hours posted online and at the front door said close at 10:30. Showed up, they were closed. Called to share my frustration, hoping they would make it right since we drove a good distance to be there. Talked to Kyle who said he was the manager. He faked an apology, then started to lecture me on business. Stated they were slow so he had to close.
I'm no stranger to operating businesses. One of the top priorities of most successful businesses is to provide a predictable level of service. Inconsistent hours is not predictable. How do they expect to grow their evening business when they're not open for folks. Seems to me like management is getting lazy. I hope the corporate office can fix or replace their management problem before it's too late. We really like this location. I'm worried it won't be around much longer if current local management practices are continued.
Kyle also blamed his district director Albert for being closed. So corporate offices might have some issues to address...
