I went to Mc Donaldās just now and I had the worst experience ever. I purchased an order on the app and when they called my number I told my son to get our order and he was walking to the order to get it when the worker asked him what was his number was and she said 1649 and I said yes and she threw the bag at him if he didnāt get it in time it wouldāve fell. This was so unacceptable and unnecessary to do this to a kid that didnāt do anything to her.
My son then told me he wanted fries so at the location so I placed my own order at the kiosk and since I had to pay with cash I had to wait for someone to charge me. About 10 minutes later the same girl that threw the food at my son charged me and threw my change on the side. I grabbed my change and told her she didnāt have to throw my change and told her that was very rude of her. Then she called my number for the French fries and I asked fot ketchup and I told her I wanted more and she literally threw the ketchup at me with some landing on the floor. I donāt understand how someone like this can be on the main face of customer service I understand people have bad days but there is NO reason why someone should be throwing food at a PAYING CUSTOMER, Iām sorry but this is how you get paid. She should be fired I donāt understand how someone like this has a job.
There was another paying customer like myself behind me that saw the whole situation, she also stated that I should report her and I am going to take this to cooperate this is unacceptable.
Attached is a picture of her, and some of the ketchups that fell from the ones she threw at...

Because I think everybody knows how NOT so tasty or appetizing their french fries get after sitting and cooling off the entire car ride home. . . . āļø __NOPE ; I'll pass on that. . . . __NO thanxā¼ļø Oh and one super huge disappointment there is their restrooms are typically filthy, NASTY, smelly- I mean although it is a bathroom open to whomever to use on a daily HOWEVER you would think they'd have a couple of people that work at that particular restaurant and maybe are assigned to do specific tasks or how about a suggestion for: McDonalds at the Rose exit in the Walmart/Ross/Hobby Lobby parking lot Center . . . . There should be some kind of employee check off - sheet of bathroom checks or tasks to complete when cleaning the restrooms -paper or word press or just something to hold that employee accountable for what, if any cleaning they did (or didn't do) when assigned to a bathroom during each shift. WOW -- š I think I've said my peace so; hope nobody is offended or got their feelings hurt or anything. . . But McDonalds "get to CLEANING ur establishment ā¼ļø oh & try using product when doing so. . . that might help with the actual task whomever is doing it" Take pride in your job, that means actually doing ur DAMN job . . . . .even if it's just in fast food...
