I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lovers Point Beach Cafe, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cafe offers a serene view of the beach, creating a picturesque backdrop for a relaxing dining experience.
One thing that truly stood out during my visit was their amazing paninis, with the ‘Lovers Point Club’ being an absolute standout. This panini was a symphony of flavors that left me craving more. The combination of tender grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy avocado spread was simply exquisite. Each ingredient was perfectly balanced, creating a harmony of taste that was truly enjoyable.
The panini was expertly prepared, with the bread toasted to perfection, adding a delightful crunch to every bite. The attention to detail in the presentation was also commendable, making the dish as visually appealing as it was delicious.
Apart from their fantastic paninis, Lovers Point Beach Cafe offers a variety of other mouthwatering options. Their menu showcases a range of delectable dishes, from refreshing salads to savory wraps, catering to different tastes and preferences.
The staff at Lovers Point Beach Cafe were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. They were knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to ensure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. Their exceptional service added to the overall positive experience.
With its breathtaking beachfront location, delightful paninis, and attentive service, Lovers Point Beach Cafe is a true gem. Whether you’re a local resident or a visitor to the area, I highly recommend stopping by this charming cafe for a memorable dining...
Read moreAverage cafe in the same building as the public bathroom. Absolutely, no luxury, feels more like you are in the parking lot, next to trash bins. However, the ocean makes it all up.
Food: is ok, I have ordered croissant breakfast sandwich with egg, no meat and added avocado. Honestly, my expectations were higher than what I got. Large Latte was good. Paid $20 for both, quite pricey for what you get.
Service: ok, ladies are nice. However, not clear, where to pick up the food and at the end it served next to the trash 🗑️ bin - this is really unattractive especially to eat after that image stuck in your mind.
Atmosphere: ok, the cafe shares a building with public restrooms. Has metallic, public like tables and sits outside. The sound of the ocean makes it all up.
Would I eat here again? - no, unless the trash bin will be repositioned or the serving place will be removed.
Overall impression: nice to get coffee, after...

There was a small line but it took forever to place the order. The cashier was also doing extra duty of heating pastries, making sandwiches etc. After placing the order, I waited for 20 minutes to get my coffee. There was only one young guy making coffee and it took a long time to fill all the orders. The coffee/latte was aweful. It was basically just partially frothed milk with just a hint of coffee flavor. Just wasted 40 minutes for this! There are better places in Monterey to...
