Went there for dinner last night. When I placed my order and did not choose to leave a tip, the gentleman taking my order groan like I hit him in the stomach. I assume he was a manager. So 20 minutes later after watching the people before me gets served a long time ago and people that just come in get served I went to the counter. He was there and said oh are you the guy waiting on the lasagna and he picked it up and said I don’t know why they haven’t brought that out yet. So the food was good , of course the young lady who brought it said the bowl would be hot and it of course was not because it had been sitting at the counter for 20 minutes. So if the people that work at a fast food restaurant need to be paid more that’s up to the owner I realize some people Might be fine with tipping at a fast food restaurant but I am not. If I place my order and pay for it in advance at the counter, I don’t think there should be any tip. If that’s the way, I do things I shouldn’t suffer horrible service. Should not be a problem from now on. I will...
Read moreWe LOVE Fazoli's! My youngest daughter eats from there several times per week. We have also had family meals from there and it is nice to have so many options to feed everyone. I do not recommend getting curbside though, because the only time we tried to do that, we called the number as instructed and stayed on hold for approximately 15-20 minutes listening to the same short recording over and over. Our food was on their take-out shelf all ready but nobody had bothered to bring it out. Then when we got our food home none of the 4 cheesecakes we ordered had the toppings on them, which was disappointing. It was not even busy inside so I was rather confused on why we waited and why our food was incomplete. Hopefully that was a one time incident. If it had not been for all that trouble, I would have gladly given...
Read moreThe $5.99 lunch was thankfully appealing as I had 3 adults to feed and money was tight but then I saw the fried cheese balls that were available as a side/appetizer. Granddaughter had lasagne, Son had chicken alfredo, both had salads with slivers of shaved parmesan. I got a small drink, the cheese balls to share with them. 3 people, a great satisfying lunch for just over $20. Service was good but the woman watching over the dining room checking tables, picking up, filling drink cups... well, she was professional, cordial, and never intrusive. I just happened to see her throwing on a coat to leave but I managed to get her attention. The $2. tip I gave her was paltry but it was all I had left. I apologized that it wasn't more and she remarked that it was the recognition she appreciated. She made our experience...
