Great food, but terrible customer service and poor handling of pricing.

The food here is good, but my overall experience was very disappointing. The same waitress who served me during my dine-in visit was also the one who handled my to-go order — and both times, her attitude was unprofessional. She acted like she didn’t want to be there and was very dismissive when I tried to ask about my order total.

The website lists both locations under the same menu with the same prices, but when I arrived, I was charged more. Even after confirming by phone, I was told that “each location has different prices,” which isn’t mentioned anywhere online. When I tried to calmly explain, she became defensive and asked if I thought she was lying — completely missing the point.

The food itself was great (especially the Fiesta Bowl and Quesabirria), but the cocktails didn’t match the pictures and were overpriced for the size.

Overall, the food is solid, but the rude service, poor communication, and misleading pricing were enough to ruin...

First time here…the place was gorgeous outside and feeling optimistic that this was gonna be a great place to eat and have drinks and chill in the courtyard… sadly… it wasn’t… we ordered water and jumbo spicy margaritas for 2 and an appetizer… just to get the feel of the food and service…I was disappointed for the misleading of the ingredients of the appetizer stuffed jalapeño as it did stated “cream cheese” but instead it was cheddar cheese and our waitress forgot the water and we got no chips and salsa ( billed came to 39.90) and waitress acted as if she didn’t want to be there …. My wife and I just moved to the area and we are not far from this establishment so we tried it out the other night as my wife is a big fan of Mexican cuisine. It was a very nice day so we ate outside and the vibe and feel was very relaxing and enjoyable. It gave us an almost vacation type enjoyment which was very pleasant. Our food was very good and cooked properly, it all had it's own unique flavors and spices. Definitely one of our better experiences, the only issue we really had was our server, she unfortunately just didn't seem to be on the level some of the others were. She was not unfriendly but just seemed like she didn't want to be there. Pricing on some things did seem a bit higher than other places but im sure there are reasons.
