DAD'S American Diner — Restaurant in Pahrump

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a diner ever!!! I called an hour before i arrived as i assumed it would be busy they made me a reservation. When i arrived i was asked if i had reservation and waited on a table for at least 30 mins. When we finally get sat it’s at a table that has been open since we arrived. We waited over an hour for our food and when we got our food we had no utensils for at least 10 mins. The table next to us was fed up and decided to go get the waitress. Not only was the service not up to par but when we received our food it was cold and when asked to put it in the microwave for a few seconds the waitress looked at us like we where stupid. My pancakes were thin and had a pit of melted butter just sitting in the middle and on the plate, the bacon had cold grease on it and would disintegrate in your mouth. Needless to say i would def save your money and eat somewhere else. And side note normally i would give them grace as i understand what the job is like especially on major events like mothers day but they were not busy and had 4 servers and 4 cooks, that...

I have been here three times now and ordered a burger each time. The first time my fries were cold and my burger was good. They were missing ingredients and menu items.

The second time my fries were lukewarm but my burger was greasy. My coffee wasn’t so great but it was hot.

The third time my fries were completely cold but my burger was warm. They were out of ingredients again. When I told the waitress my fries were completely cold, we sent them back and she came back with piping hot fries. I told her they were the best fries I’ve had here so far.

Each and every time, we had to wait a long time for our food and we always had to wait for the rest of our table’s food to come out. There was always something missing, incorrect, or to send back as well.

If the issues with the kitchen was fixed, I’d give this place 5 stars.

All three times I received great customer service from the wait staff. The waitresses are warm and friendly. I love that they come around just often enough to refill our drinks and address...
