9/26. Well they've got a new Sandwich but they ran out of the bun that it comes on they have gone so far down the Hill it's pathetic sandwiches are horrendous and the wait time is insane... Omfg. SOMEBODY TEACH theze SLOW ASS mf s HOW TO MULTI TASK.. AINT NOBODY GOT 35 MINUTES TO SIT IN DRIVE THRU WAITING FOR A HOT SUB THAT COMES OUT COLD..And soaking wet on bottom bun

i6/30- Soon as you pull up to drive thru order board- big bag of FLIES Fly TRAP hanging at Menu board !!!! Not crowded. 630 pm. Took 7 minutes to Order And 39 Minutes in Drive thru to get My 1 SUB....f#&
Read moreI used to frequent this place regularly, but the last time I was there was the last time. What prompted my abandonment of Firehouse Subs was the way they chose to handle a simple transaction: The cashier made a mistake on my order, which is no big deal, but when I went to ask about correcting the mistake it went downhill fast. It would have been so simple to just credit my card and ring up the new order, and that’s what I was told would happen, but I never got the credit… so I returned the next day, and in good faith made another purchase, and ate my sandwich while the manager (presumably) fixed the issue. She then came back with the message that I should call my bank as she couldn’t help me. Of course I wasn’t happy with her solution as the first question I knew the bank was going to ask me is, did I try to work with the vendor, and instead of employing a simple solution (crediting my account) the manager at Firehouse Subs had me unnecessarily escalate the issue with my bank instead. Then she told me in a snarky tone that that was all she was prepared to do and walked out the building, got in her car, and drove away. I was shocked and asked to speak to the next manager in line, which I understood to be the District Manager, and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for a call from the DM. The bank did handle my concerns, but it was Firehouse Subs’ managerial ineptitude that caused the problem and their gross incompetence to simply credit my card for the simple error that they made that made me never want to set foot if Firehouse Subs again. They lost my business and lost my respect with their lack of a response… but the good news is, Jersey Mike’s is so...

Just want you to be aware that your staff is closing and locking the doors more than 30 minutes before closing… we went at 8:28 tonight 12/14 and a gentleman had to let us in because the door was locked.. I asked if they were closed, and he said he doesn’t work there he was there to pick up his wife.. so we ordered our subs from a young man who appeared to be new but was friendly.. as we waited for our food another couple came in to order some food.. while they were ordering, a young lady came out angry and cussing and raising her voice, slammed the front door and locked it so no one else could come in and went to the back. It was really aggressive and unprofessional. We got our food and left and as we were leaving we noticed 2 more young men trying to enter the restaurant but the doors were locked and they couldn’t get in.. so there’s more lost business. I’m giving 2 stars because I feel like the other 3-4 employees were trying to be decent but the wife of the husband who unlocked the door for us was very rude and unprofessional and was just trying to leave early with no concern for the business. Closing a few minutes early is understandable but 30+ seems excessive. People are understanding if you need to close your business due to emergency/staffing issues but there was no note on the door that they were closing early and there seemed to be sufficient staff if there was an emergency...
