Master Wok — Restaurant in Palatka

The lady at the register is nice, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean. The food is either great or bad. There is an inconsistent taste to the food. I got coconut chicken and it was great. Then I get it again and it's undercooked. I get beef lomein and it's perfect then I get it the noodles are overcooked. I get beef and broccoli the broccoli is extra hard then I get it and it's perfectly cooked. I get the cashew chicken and it was the best thing I've ever tasted and today it's less flavorful. The rice is barely done. The carrots and peas are hard in the meal. Then the egg rolls are either perfectly fried or over cooked. And as another review stated it is the best in palatka but they have lost a customer here. So sad... I never got anything recooked because by the time I get home an hour away..I'm not going to drive all the way back. Good luck. Chinese fortune. Taste is for the individual. But...

The only takeout chinese restaurant left in Palatka that I like. Sweet n sour chicken, pork fried rice, egg rolls, egg drop soup, chicken nuggets, shrimp fried rice are great. I've tried other things but these are our family's go to. The general tso here is the sweeter version. I know some places it's less sweet and more spicy. Ultimately, not all Chinese takeout is equal because I literally don't like any other location in town. And yes I've tried more than once. They have lunch specials everyday until 3pm. I always call ahead and it takes 10-15 mins. Also no dine in anymore...

I ordered the broccoli in garlic sauce. I was disappointed because at any other Chinese take out like this one the broccoli and garlic sauce is always just broccoli. Hence “broccoli” in garlic sauce. But this one was mixed veggies in garlic sauce. I don’t want mixed veggies, I want just broccoli. If I wanted mixed veggies I would have ordered the mixed veggie dish. Also the springs rolls were different than our son’s spring rolls. Ours seemed to be filled with cabbage and mushrooms. His was filled with just cabbage and a he said it...
