Walmart - 0551 — Local services in Palatka

Our experience with this Walmart over the past 5 years has mainly been negative, especially when it involves management. They do have some great employees - but there are exceptions. Recently while at the self checkout we had a Walmart employee named "Connie" accuse us of attempting to steal several times, and she insulted my Asian wife to her face. We spend on average 500.00 a week at this Walmart and this is how we are treated? I'm considering wearing a personal recording device from now on, and start posting our experiences on Youtube and Rumble. Maybe the store manager, Mr. Dunn will do something about Connie? Stopped on way to Jacksonville and found it to be about average for walmart. Face it they are a big company with many employees. Are they taking advantage of their customers by over pricing due to "high inflation" probably, but not as much as some. If we don't like it we can shop elsewhere. Groceries at ALDIS or Save a lot, merchandise at Amazon etc. Personally I tolerate Walmart because overall it is about as good as we can get, and we need as much competition as possible for those...

Went in today May 14, 2025 thru the Garden Shop to pick up a couple of bike tire tubes and noticed 3 Walmart employees at the Garden checkout. Get my bike tubes and return to the Garden checkout with not a person in sight managing the checkout. All 3 employees vanished. I'm not understanding "WHY" have the Garden Shop gate OPEN with NO CARTS or Cashiers. Sorry, Sorry Management. Seriously just SORRY! Where's Target when...
