7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Palm Bay

I come to this location often (about 2-3 times a week) and usually the staff are very friendly and helpful. Today was not the case. They barely acknowledged me sitting in the far lane and didn’t take my order till they saw me staring at them as they were chitchatting in the building with the doors shut. Then as I’m waiting for my coffee and my sons ice water and muffin top, two cars in the other lane who came after me received their smoothies/drinks and left before me. When the girl who brought me my order walked up she didn’t smile or say anything to me and visibly looked pissed off and then asked if I was given straws yet and I smiled and I said no not yet. She then said nothing and walked away grabbed the straws and without saying anything just handed them to me and walked away. I have noticed that some of the new young people working are not friendly and act bothered to do their job. I also am lactose intolerant and I always order my drinks with oat milk and I am very sure that my drink today was not made with oat milk but with regular milk and I will be in pain the rest of the day because of it. Not only have I noticed a shift in the quality of the service recently received at this location but I’ve also noticed the drinks themselves have not been made as well as they have before the staff change. I am not the only one who have noticed it either I have several friends and family members who have pointed it out as well. It’s very disappointing and honestly I’d rather go to a gas station for coffee at this rate to save money time and energy than to deal with...

I have to give a huge shoutout to Lana at 7 Brew! Every time I come through, she makes the experience absolutely amazing. From the moment you pull up, she’s got the kind of energy that can turn your whole day around. Lana is friendly, genuine, and always makes you feel like more than just another customer.

Not only does she remember my order, but she makes it perfectly every single time. The consistency and care she puts into her work really shows. On top of that, her positivity and great conversation make grabbing a coffee feel like catching up with a friend.

I had such a great experience at this coffee shop! From the moment I walked in, Sarah and staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They greeted me with a smile, took the time to answer my questions about the menu, and even offered suggestions based on what I usually like. What stood out most was how genuine the staff was—they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and checked back in with me to make sure I was enjoying my coffee.
