Going DOWN hill fast, and it’s very unfortunate. I have been going to this Dunkin every weekday for the last 7 months, ordering the same thing everyday. Yet this last month or so, it has gone completely down hill! They must have lost the one good manager they had because the employees and management have no concern for their customers. I online order every morning yet it is still wrong everyday, I have to continuously say they forgot my cold foam, and then they seem to be annoyed that I’m asking for what I paid for. Not only that, but they totally ignore if you ordered a bakery item with your drink and you’ll always have to ask them for it, they never hand it over as if they had it ready. It’s sad because it used to be a great location that I truly looked forward to! The old manager, who had blue in her hair was so sweet, cared about her customers and she KNEW what she and her employees were doing. Since she has left, they have been out of medium and large cups for days in a row, and they also tried saying the store was closed yesterday morning 3/8/23 because the baker didn’t show up. Yet I ordered coffees as well and they didn’t even offer those, I had to ask and again they seem irritated for asking for what I paid for already. They weren’t able to do the bakery items which was understandable (since like they said someone didn’t show up, and that they couldn’t have planned for) BUT they didn’t even refund me for my items that they couldn’t fulfill. Today, I pulled in at 6:15 so an hour after opening and no one was there to answer the window or intercom. I had to call the store to get an answer at the drive through! Is there any structure, guidelines or standards anymore? Everyday is it a gamble with this place. I’ll just wake up early and go to a different location, but it is truly sad how little the staff cares about the customers or their job in general. There is one young girl left in the mornings that actually tries to do her job correctly, but you can’t expect her to do it all. And I hate to leave bad reviews but it’s getting ridiculous, and I’m not the only customer that has noticed. I work at a big facility and many of my coworkers have complained about the quality significantly...
Read moreThey are always out of everything. I’ve come here 4 times the past month and they’ve been out of glazed donuts every single time. They’ve also been out of sugar free vanilla syrup every time. This is all in the morning mind you. Stopped by today at 11 am, waited in the drive through for 25 minutes and they were out of egg bites, glazed donuts, glazed munchkins - and no I didn’t even ask about sugar free vanilla syrup, but I’m sure they were probably out of that too lol. Had to leave with nothing. Just be prepared for them to be out of a lot of things…all the time. I don’t know if it’s their fault or corporate. Pretty annoying to sit in line for that long and leave with not a single thing.
Update 4/15: Just experienced the rudest service I have ever experienced at a food establishment. Tried ordering the egg bites and they were out of them, moved on to a ham, egg and cheese croissant - they don’t have ham anymore, ok I’ll do bacon. Oh, we also don’t have croissants, just bagels and English muffins. I asked if they had sourdough, was told they didn’t. I asked again because I was confused - my husband usually orders a sandwich in sourdough and he had already placed his order without issues. They then tell me for a second time no and I looked over at my husband and ask him, didn’t you get yours on sourdough and he says no I got mine on a bagel- at that same time another lady comes on the intercom and rudely says to me “we only have bagels and English muffins, so for the third time, what do you want” - I couldn’t believe my ears. Absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t believe I was being treated this way over something so stupid. I objected to her behavior - at this point she refused to provide service, which I find funny considering they didn’t have anything TO offer.
Drove our happy selves down to the Dunkin’ on Babcock and guess what, they had everything we wanted 😮...
Read moreThat was one hell of a Dunkin experience. We pulled up to the speaker and specified that we had two separate orders. We gave them the orders and pulled up to the window. We get to the window and we gave the cashier the first card which he charged for the first order and then we handed him the second card which he didn't charge and handed back to us, claiming that he swiped that card for the first order and was asking me for a card to charge the second order with. So we all got confused because we've handed him two cards and only paid for one order. He said that he charged the second card for the first order so we gave him the first card to pay for the second order, which is the one he had in fact charged the first order with so that card was double charged. Once he realized what he did he started yelling, walked away from the window, dropped the f bomb several times. The manager came up and looks at us and goes "so we can delete the whole thing and redo it, or you can just go to the bank and get cash out for her." To which I said "I'm sorry, what?" And she responded "you don't want us to delete everything do you?" So we just said screw it. My thoughts: why is it that I have to fix your mistake? Why are you so unprofessional to not even try to help us? To have some cashier who's screaming and cursing, when we should've been the ones upset. Dunkin' Donuts, this establishment is a disgrace to your name. Clearly your staff needs to have a training course on how to do separate orders and how customer service works. On top of all of this, the coffee was awful, clearly stale, the donut was old, the bagel had cream cheese everywhere but on the bagel. Not only was your service awful, but so was the food. You did...
