McDonald's — Restaurant in Palm Bay

Cold food, under filled drink, and missing item. Sounds about right for a McDonald's in Palm Bay.

The McDonald's on Babcock and Palm Bay Rd is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, it seems like this one isn't too far behind it either.

I went through the drive through today and ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal with a large iced coffee, and an extra bacon egg and cheese bagel. I spent about five minutes in the drive through with only one person ahead of me (it looked like they ordered a single mcflurry). I was handed my food and drove off. Through poor judgment and under the assumption of receiving quality service I was handed a sub-par order.

The bat was missing the hashbrowns, and the rest of my food was cold (I guess they saved me the trouble of having to suffer through a soggy hashbrown). My coffee was also handed to me with the top eight of the cup empty.

I could've lived with the coffee issue, but it was only after I pulled out onto Malabar that I realized the food was cold and I was missing an item. I could've turned around to have my order corrected, however, I had no interest in attempting to turn around on Malabar during morning rush hour. After spending all night at work I just wanted to go home, and this was all I was looking forward to. Mcdonald's is supposed to bring happiness to its customers, however this only made me upset.

I called the store on my way home and the manager on the phone was polite and offered to replace my food and if I had the time and willingness I would've taken them up on that offer.

The individual in charge of overseeing the McDonald's in the Palm Bay area is a joke and should leave their job so someone more competent can take...

We arrived at the McDonald's to pick up some lunch.

We stood at the counter with no one in front of us for more than 5 minutes and were knowledged by 0 employees

The gentleman who appeared to be the store manager was going back-and-forth bringing condiments out to restock behind the counter inventory

He never wants acknowledged this or even looked at us. We finally attracted his attention and asked if there was anyone who would be willing to take our order

He did so but had a little trouble using the register perhaps he was new to this store or the particular soft where they were using I do not know

2 burgers 2 fries and 2 medium soft drinks total to $18

I said $18. We had asked for the receipt to double check

Believe it or not a small French fry was $3.09. That is absurd

We finally attracted the manager a second time after receiving our food to ask about this pricing structure. Obviously as a shift manager he was not going to be able to do much about changing it or explain much about why it was so high

Eventually at our suggestion, he did provide a medium order of fries as replacement and apology

That thought should have come to him before it came to us

This happens to be a company owned McDonald's not a franchise. Yes I did ask

While I do love the McDonald's product I will probably never visit this particular location ever again

Perhaps in the future they will bring their pricing structure more in line with their franchises in...

Lol wow this McDonald's is laughable! Aside from the manager yelling they keep asking for nuggets and not getting any Aside from the manager announcing they only made 5 grand in sales today (my guess is that's low given we're mid afternoon.. and it makes sense because this mcds is useless) Aside from another manager sitting down when we got there Getting up to tell us we had to order off the screen (while we stood at the register ready to order) we said we need to make changes it's easier here - they said you can do that on the screen, then walked us over and typed it in & watched us use the screen - then because paying cash had to follow them back to the register!!! Omg just take our order and stop being lazy!!! Oh and the after we paid, went back to sit down If you're hurt or sick - go home!

We overheard a worker saying theyre understaffed (maybe because a manager keeps sitting down?!) call in someone else or go without this one because they're doing nothing

When we finally got our food the stickers were right, the food wasnt ..

Go elsewhere don't waste your time & money here ... They won't take your order & then they get it wrong

Why have workers here?! Just have the food make itself on a conveyor belt

Can't believe this place is in business and I don't usually leave bad reviews but this deserves it

Understaffed is one thing, I have patience for understaffed... This is...
