BurgerFi — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

Let me start off by stating that my first BurgerFi visit was in Winter Park, Fl. a few months ago, due to my son raving about how good they are. I visited that location and everything was perfect! I loved it so much, I told myself, if I ever see a Burgerfi again I would go, since they are not located where I live. I recently was in the area of Palm Beach Gardens and saw a BurgerFi sign. I pulled into 105 US-1, North Palm Beach, FL and discovered that this was some type of an administrative office. On the door was listed nearby BurgerFi locations, the closest was 2466 PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens so I went. When I entered, everything felt a lot different than my first visit. It seemed a bit unkempt, dirty tables, dirty floors, etc. I met Mark behind the counter who was very nice. I ordered the Cheeseburger ($9.69), a Cry & Fries ($7.49) and a fountain drink ($2.99). I first noticed that my burger bun did not have the charred “BurgerFi” stamp. Not a big deal but it was a nice touch when I first visited the Winter Park location. The food was good, the fries were a little overcooked and just didn’t seem fresh. When I got my drink, the fountain machine looked pretty nasty (see pic) and the plastic fork dispenser was empty. I asked Mark for a fork and he pointed me to where they were. I told him that the dispenser was empty. He said, “you got me”, handed me a fork from behind the counter, but then never took the time to refill them, even though there was no one in line. I thought for sure being so close to a corporate office it would be top notch but I wouldn’t ever step back in this...

Got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The fries are awesome the pop well I don't really drink pop but it was good. The burger looked awesome until I took a bite. The hamburger was so freaking salty I couldn't even eat it! 17 box for this meal and it was the saltiest Burger I've ever had in my life the fries were unbelievable let the burger was just way too salty to eat! Such a letdown for all that money I should have went to five guys are McDonald's and got a double quarter pounder with Mac sauce no onions. They also have the stupid kiosk where you're supposed to be able to order but it is so inadequate just not worth it. Not to mention when you are doing customer service you are supposed to be smiling especially if somebody says Hi how are you today! Instead it was crickets when I said hi although she did kind of start to be cool while I was standing there waiting for my food. Maybe it was because I believe the owner was in the building flying like 8 or so burgers. If you order a high-end Burger the quality of the meat should speak for itself you shouldn't have to assault the sweet Jesus out of it! Great looking store pop was awesome fries were awesome burger with s*. I'm only giving it to stars because of the frys the ambience and the pop. I have a very bad experience today me and my fiancé came all the way to palm beach gardens for some good food he wanted to treat me out so I decided hey let’s go to burgerfi so we walked in said hello but we’re discussing about the kids school and there were two employees on the clock one was in the Dinning room area at a table and there was one behind the counter that walked up very rudely saying are y’all paying with cash or card. So my fiancé said back to her in a very Very relaxed tone cash . We brushed it off because we just wanted food no complications so we asked for the wagyi burger was the peppers in the meat? Or is it the sauce that’s hot. She was just aggravated for some reason being very rude repeating back to me in a confrontational way as if we should know how the sandwich is supposed to come. After multiple attempts to just overlook the situation I just couldn’t spend my money where the service was poor I didn’t trust her to make my food I told my fiancé come on babe don’t spend our money with person that rude for no reason if she don’t like her job she should get another career because we all have personal things going on but the way to change a negative is to do something positive. I’m not sure of what she may have been dealing with but work isn’t the outlet to draw it out on others be kind and kindness will come back to you. She didn’t know what I was dealing with.
