EDIT: I gave them a 4th attempt and this delivery was the absolute worst. I ordered the exact same thing all 4 orders, an ultimate club sandwich and a smoothie. The delivery driver only brought a smoothie. I then had to physically go to tropical smoothie as they send their landline to voicemail and do not answer it. At all.
The employee said they would remake my sandwich so it was fresh. Another 20 minutes passed and I don't know how it took so long because when I got home to enjoy said sandwich, there was no meat. In fact it was just bread and lettuce. I of course tried calling and they of course did not answer.
This is the worst location and that's sad because 6 months ago they were 5 star. However now I would rather set fire to my money and drink drain cleaner before dealing with this very sad excuse of a eatery.
Sadly I have had to drop this place to 2 stars. If I physically go in the store and monitor my order it tends to come out correctly. However the last 3 out of 3 delivery orders were all horrible. I was made the wrong smoothie 2 of the 3 times. I only received a straw once. My side was forgotten once and and another order included a sandwich which was not what i ordered. My order #21400142700544000 1 chipotle chicken flatbread and a southwest wrap was order at 12:55pm and supposed to be ready at 1:05pm, I just left after 40 mins of waiting because they was backed up with orders. Being in the service industry for years I understand rushed but I placed an online asap order lol, I would assume that has priority. At one point they can’t take any more orders because they are backed up, so now I’m thinking ok they going to focus their late orders however no, when I go to check my status they said don’t have turkey to complete my order. No turkey? Ok can I cancel my order with you, because the app states asap orders can not be cancelled you must contact the cafe I said. The response we can’t do that call your bank. I have deleted my account with Tropical smoothie, told my staff to never order from here, and I will never come back, I don’t even care about 3000 bonus points going to waste now. Read moreI'm extremely disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a smoothie online and then walked into the store a few minutes later. Neither my friend or I was greeted as we walked in and took a seat to wait for my order. We continued to be ignored. They took care of other orders placed well after mine. A second employee asked the first main front desk woman if she should make the kiwi quencher online order and the woman said "No." I finally see her make my drink a few minutes later. I had assumed they were going to place it in the pick up area where I was sitting but they didn't. I immediately thought I was wrong that it wasn't my drink. As I continued to sit there and be ignored, my friend after 15 minutes stood up and had to speak multiple times before the first employee finally acknowledged my friend. When my friend inquired about the drink it was grabbed off the counter where it had been sitting there, not in a refrigerator or in the pick up area where it belonged.
