Diamond Direct in Palm Beach Gardens is the place to be! I want to start out but saying my husband and have been to various locations over the years for my engagement and wedding bands but this location takes the cake for one reason only. THE STAFF IS AMAZING. Specifically, we had the privilege of working with Elena, who turned out to be so knowledgeable and sweet. Through multiple appointments and hours she helped me design my dream ring with so much patience and passion. You can tell she is someone who loves her job and loves to see smiles on her clients face. My favorite part of the experience was never once did I feel “pressured” into my decision. Stephanie was extremely patient with me through this process. Diamond direct employees and building location was both great and professional. I enjoyed a bottle of champagne with my fiancé after popping the question in Hawaii! I spent roughly 1-2 months in and out trying to deliberate what I wanted and Steph was patient through it all and got me a great deal. I am very happy with the ring I bought & this process was easy with steph. I asked her and the entire team to act like they did not know me so i could “window” shop with my gf to make sure she knew what she wanted. Got her to give me the ideas again to ensure i knew what she wanted even though i acted like i forgot all about the info from years past.
