Crumbl — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

This was my first and last time coming to ANY Crumbl cookie. Let me start off by saying I was super excited ordering which took me 30 min. outside of original route to work. I walked in and said good morning, no one said anything.. I assumed they did not hear me, so I said it a tad bit louder, one of the workers looked directly at me and put her head back down continuing her task. Please keep in mind she is literally feet away from me. On my third attempt of saying "Good Morning" very loudly she and one other girl still did not say NOTHING. At this point I thought it was a joke. It took for young man to come running from the back after hearing me. I asked one of the other workers to please provide me with the manger number she went to the back and never came back up. I left and decided to call and to my surprise the worker who seemed so miserable, lifeless, and rude answered the phone, again just rude (Apparently, she is one of the shift leaders) I asked for the Mangers contact information and said this location does not have one that she is the shift leader. She puts me on hold after I asked why it was so hard for her to say good morning and never came back to the phone. I called several times after that; she kept picking up the phone and not say anything or just let the phone ring. It truly sad to see employees thinking its ok to have attitudes and someone else place of ownership when there is plenty of people who will be happy to come to work. The only reason I continued to place my order was because it was a gift to someone else. Otherwise, I could have kept my $20. You guys really need to think twice about who you hire because its reviews like this that can hurt your business. After reading other reviews I'm not the only customer who had this interaction with this young lady. I hope you guys really do something about it this time. My complaint will not stop at this review. I always give a new place 3 times before writing a review. Every single time I’ve been to Northlake Crumbl, it’s a home run.

Even though I find milk chocolate chips in a cookie an immense disappointment, it’s the cookie that’s really the star. I can overlook the chips because these cookies are dense and fluffy all at the same time. They’re consistently perfect. They’re cakey, chewy, just the right sweet, and big enough to share. I know I cannot eat a whole Crumbl cookie in one shot.

The peanut butter cookies are extraordinarily good. I know now that I never have to bake peanut butter cookies from scratch anymore because Crumbl’s peanut butter cookie has no competition. It is hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. It’s a 10.

The raspberry butter cake cookie really tastes like an old fashioned butter cake - no fork necessary. In fact, every specialty cookie (other than the classic chocolate chip) tastes exactly like it’s given name. It tastes like it should and presented as you see or pictured in the app.

There’s an automated kiosk where you order what you came for. If you have trouble, the staff in this store are very personable, helpful and pleasant. It’s very clean and the lines move surprisingly quickly. They also have ice cream pints and assorted milk, so there’s something sweet for everyone. I was advised by customer support to reach out to a manager at this location. I ordered a 6 pack Saturday evening and was very disappointed with my order. I have ordered several times from other locations and have never had an issue. This time, the 3 chocolate chip cookies were undercooked, flat and just oily, the peanut butter one was missing the topping, it was also significantly smaller, undercooked and the mallow cupcake one was undercooked and just messily tossed together. The pink velvet was put together very well but it was undercooked, pretty much raw. I did not speak to staff that evening as they did not engage with me at all when I arrived and tried to with them, I was just asked my name and handed the cookies. They looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there. I submitted a photo of my order on the app. As I said, I have never had an issue, but customer support urged me to email the store for a resolution and open a case. That being said I emailed the store two days ago and have heard NOTHING! I can see from all the reviews that the owner continues to apologize for the same issues time and time again with no correction. It's sad that this is a franchise and this is the kind of staff and product they are putting out there. I will take this as a lesson learned and go to the store on...
