If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a pick up order last night, worth 50$. They didn’t have car side pick up, which was fine so myself and my 2 year old went in to pick up our order. They told me it would be ready in 20 mins and when I got there it had already been 30 mins since placing the order. I waited in line patiently for others to cash out even though I had placed an order. The staff was not friendly at all or prompt. When it was finally my turn to pay so now it’s been almost 40 mins since I placed my order the cashier was very slow even though the entire restaurant was busy and a manager and another employee had been standing next to the cashier doing absolutely nothing even when my food finally came out after I had paid and still waited for it the manager didn’t even help bag up my food! They just left the food sitting there after I paid for it while watching me try to keep my 2 year happy this entire time which is why I placed a pick up order in the first place! So I bagged the food up myself! While hanging onto my son in a packed restaurant. Very poor customer service but then that’s not the worst part! Unfortunately my food was cold and had no flavor what so ever! I order a shrimp scampi and a shrimp Alfredo and both were terrible quality... I was very disappointed after spending 50$ and going through the terrible customer service. I will never dine in or order out from here again. The manager and employees need better or proper training ...and yes I’ve worked in customer service and the food industry for almost 15 years now. I would have been better off going through a fast food restaurant. Waste of my hard earned money as a single mom and wish I could get an entire refund I still have the food in my fridge only been picked at and I attempted to make it taste better...

We walked in and was never greeted, stood at the front behind two other people who were waiting for about 5-10 mins before this lady and little boy walked in, the lady at the front got off the phone and immediately greeted her and sat them down as if we weren't there. When she came back she now wants to help us, she sat us down and we waited for our server who came over and took our drink and appetizer order, afterwards he came back and took our foos order and we didn't see him again. After waiting maybe 40-45 mins our food came out now, my youngest was missing her fries, I was still waiting for my food and the other 3 were just fine. When my food finally did arrive it was cold and we had to tell someone three times that my daughter was still waiting for fries and ranch for ber wings. Our server finally came back over and advised that he was aware of the issue with the food and spoke with the mgr who said he would take my food and my daughter's off the bill which I waa grateful for but didn't ask for. He then asked if I wanted my food to be re-made which I was hesitant about but he assured me it wouldn't take long, almost an hr later, the food comes out. Read moreI ordered dinner online from this place on 12/02/2022 in which they sent me an email confirmation with my order number and pick up time. I placed the order at 10:00pm and the email said it'd be ready by 10:30pm. I went in at 10:30pm exactly and not only was my food cold, but part of my order was missing. I ordered a 1/2 rack and shrimp platter and they forgot my shrimp. When I brought this to the staff's attention they told the cook's and then brought me grilled shrimp when it was supposed to be fried. I then placed the food on the counter and requested a refund because not only was my food even colder at that moment but the other part of my order (the shrimp) was not prepared correctly. This is not the first time Duffy's has messed up my order but I like to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt because I know things happen but upon requesting a refund a female manager and a host explained to me that they could not process a refund for me because it was an online order then proceeded to try and give me 3 ten dollar duffy cards which I declined along with the general managers contact card while taking down my information and reassuring me that I'd get an early morning call from the general manager that I never received. So not only did they lie in my face and play with my food but they refused to give me back my hard earned money and that's unacceptable.
