Sprinkles Ice Cream — Restaurant in Palm Beach

Very disappointing. All my 3 year old special needs son wanted was a chocolate ice cream. Upon entering sprinkles, there were 2 other guests already ordering. The one guest was taking a particularly long time and after publicly announcing how she wasn't feeling well, we opted to wait outside. The worker came out and told me that the other woman she was with was a "VIP" and "important on the island." I'm not impressed. Not by the ice cream shop, the employee, or the "VIP". I was walking over the Flagler bridge with a friend, the other evening, when suddenly there was a strong downpour. We ended up wandering into a nearby shopping center, to wait it out. We saw lights on in one of the stores and decided to see what was going on there. That's how Sprinkles came into our lives. Ordered online for pick up from the Sprincles Ice Cream & Sandwich website, got an order confirmation number and headed over. Attempted to pick up the order three different times, the lady in the shop said she only take uber eats orders, afterwards she stated the shop does not do online ordering at all. Also I did not appreciated the lady's attitude, she didn't even offered to make the order since I was there. I just wanted some chocolate icecream with sprinkles. Would have got better service...
