Carmela Ice Cream is hands down my favorite! I discovered Carmela when I lived in LA and was quickly hooked onto their Salted Caramel, Lavender Honey and Strawberry Buttermilk flavors. I missed them terribly when I moved out to CO and was SO happy to discover their new location in Palm Springs when I on vacation there last month! Needless to say, I hit them up more than once to get my fix! The ice cream sandwiches are fab too and don't leave without a package of house made marshmallows!
