We discovered Sancho's when looking for a Mexican restaurant to celebrate our nieces' 21st Birthday. Someplace that could seat a good size group, take reservations, have good food and most importantly a good Margarita for her 21st birthday. Sancho's fit the bill. Since then we have eaten there several times and have always enjoyed it. Most recently our son was graduating High School and we wanted to throw a party to celebrate. My wife spoke with Amanda about a large street taco and cheese enchiladas to go party order, for 30 to 40 people. Amanda was very helpful and put together a wonderful spread of Taco fixings, rice, beans, salsa, guac, sour cream, horchata and enchiladas. Called us when the order was ready for pick-up (Right on time) and helped me load it into the car. Everything was delicious. We don't don't host parties like that usually.
