Once again I have another bad experience here. My husband ordered two burrito bowls for us with two drinks we had to wait since they had no rice and were in the process of making it so 20 minutes later they bring out the rice and make our bowls . My husband and I started to eat our food in the car since we had our little ones sleeping as I reached for the rice in the bottom of my bowl all I tasted was gritty hard dry rice. I was so upset being i'm hungry and this was suppose to be my dinner and I can't even eat it. When my husband went inside to tell them they basically told him they couldn't make more rice and couldn't do anything so I went in there and they proceeded to tell me they have a new grain rice and it's suppose to be hard. Excuse me since when was any rice suppose to be hard ? It was so hard it felt like I was chewing on little pebbles. That's because they didn't cook it correctly not because of the rice has a different texture. This business doesn't seem to be running good and it's sad because it's the only Moe's in the area. He offered me a refund because he wouldn't make more rice but of course charged me for my drinks when I should of just got my whole order refunded since they messed up and couldn't even give me new food. I guess they expected me to eat uncooked rice. He didn't know if or when my money would go back on my visa gift card and told me to come back if it doesn't. So I guess waste more time and gas to come back to this place. I will be waiting for my refund if not I will be coming back to get t cash in my hand because this is just ridiculous. Wasted so much time and still had to go find dinner elsewhere. Don't think I will be eating here anymore to many bad...
Read moreIm a busy mom with three small kiddos so I called ahead and placed an order to go so we could get in and out. They told me the order would be done in 15 minutes so I got there 15 minutes later. The girl at the register was completely blah and rude,My order wasn’t ready when I got there which wasn’t a huge deal. She rang me up and told me it would be right out. Multiple customers came in after me and we’re taking care of , then I noticed they started making my order in between people. I order three burritos all the same to make it easy lol. At one point there were no customers and I watched 4 employees standing around… I even got to watch one employee twirl another employee’s beard hair 😑 not gross at all. It wasn’t until an older employee came out and noticed my kids and I had been standing there a while that I got taken care of. She went back and finished making my order and made sure we were taken care of… she gets 5 starts the other 4 employees though need some re training and customer services lessons. My kids and I were in there 30 minutes watching them mess around. I watched the the girl at the register be rude to multiple people. One gentleman tried telling her that the cups for the salsa was empty and she just rudely points in the direction of where they were and didn’t help him.pretty...

Came in tonight after a long day to just grab a taco bowl to bring home for dinner as soon as I walk in no "welcome to moes" like they used to, no one acknowledged me, the girl behind the counter had headphones in and was doing mobile orders which is fine but didn't greet me or let me know she'd be right with me while another girl came up to her making fun of something the previous customer said regarding placement of the chicken which I found inappropriate while I'm standing right there to be making fun of another customer, when she finally acknowledged me it was just a hi..... not a thanks for waiting what can I get for you, when I went to check out the person at the cash register also had cord headphones on . The service at this moes has seriously gone downhill, that or maybe it's just the younger generation or maybe it's all moes locations but I only go to this one so I wouldn't know. I also decided to put a tip in the tip jar at the end like i always do and they didnt ring the bell or even thank me which shocked me.
