The food was terrible and the restaurant was absolutely disgusting.
Ordered my food using the gross fingerprinted kiosk because nobody was at the counter. The wait was much longer than expected and then I didn't receive the cup for my drink which was included with the "meal." When they gave me a cup, it wasn't the size I ordered. Whatever. Then I tried the new Baja blast drink and this tasted like garbage because nobody had maintained the drink machine and it was out of syrup.
The food I received was comically small, lke something for a child. The burrito was just unseasoned rice and beans, with the rice on one side and the beans on the other. How do you work here and not know how to make a burrito? The other item was complete trash as well. 2 child sized "tacos" with three small cubes of (I'm assuming chicken?) in each one, just as cheap and low quality as they could possibly manage.
Several of the sauces were unavailable. The restaurant lobby was absolutely disgusting also, with food and garbage all over the floor and tables. The bathrooms were also locked and unavailable for customers, probably because the employees are too lazy to clean them.
I have no idea how low our standards are supposed to be now, but I don't accept this at all. Just an awful experience all around. Pathetic food and miserable, disgusting conditions. What an absolute mess. The franchise owner should loose their agreement. As a customer, I no longer even feel it's safe to eat here. If the entire front of the restaurant is a filthy, neglected mess, just imagine what the kitchen looks like. There's no way these clowns are observing food safety procedures or doing much of...
Read moreSo I have had a roller coaster of a time with this. I ordered 4 grilled bacon breakfast burritos. It’s early in the morning and I’m tired just trying to get my day started. Ordered paid then drove away only to find out that I was charged for the grande breakfast burrito instead of what I got. So I drove back showed them and was told that they would give me a full refund and I could keep the burritos. I thought that that was very easy and I was given the receipt and told that the refund would go back onto my card. Two days later I look on my account to find out that not only was I not given a refund, I was charged again for an entire order that I did not receive. So I called and asked for a manager and told her what happened. I was then told that I could come in and get both charges refunded back to me correctly. All I had to do was bring in a bank statement showing that I was charged twice. So I did and showed my receipts and bank statement showing that I was charged twice. She refunded my money but only refunded me one of the charges instead of both. So when I asked about refunding the other she looked at me and said but you go the food. I told her that I was charged incorrectly for what I got and I was originally told that they would just refund the money. That she refunded the double charge but had still not refunded the original charge. She looks at me and says I can’t do that but I can just refund it then charge you for what you got. That’s not what I was originally told! All I wanted was my money back. If I would have know that it was going to be this bad of a headache then I would have never gone to Taco Bell or in this...
Read moreThe woman another customer has mentioned in his review as fat with black hair, I've had problems with her too. She told me her name is "Chorus" She comes over to my table, wiping it several times trying to make conversation with me. She's asking me what church I go to, when, and where. Then she tries to get my attention saying she still lives with her parents, hasn't graduated from school, boo hoo hoo about her sad life. How inappropriate!! She said she's only 18, single, and only took the job to pay rent or some lame excuse. I think she wanted attention and I wasn't impressed by her rudeness to other customers placing an order. At the counter she pretended to be deaf, going "Huh?" after everything they said. Customer got angry for repeating himself and just walked away and left the restaurant. Her response, "Oh, is somebody having a bad day?" Next time I come in, place my order and ignore her repeated nosy questions. Just eat and give this nosy, young lady the silent treatment while you eat. She'll come up to your table and tell you all her problems, stress, family problems, personal issues.. Just don't pay any attention, keep eating, and just pretend she's not standing there yaking your ears off trying to beg for your sympathy. 😡🖕🏻 UPDATE: Her name probably isn't "Chorus." **When I placed an order one time, I was asked by her if I could spare her some gas money so she could make it home in her car after her shift... I laughed, told her NO and I said that she'll have to wait until her...
