Jerry & Joe's Pizza — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

I wanted a change from the pizza chains for once to something more authentic so i decided to give them a try. I've tried to order previously but upon being told their was a 1 and 1/2 hour wait for delivery i changed my mind. Tonight it was only 40 minute wait so i decided to try. I ordered a medium special which comes with a medium pizza, 2 can sodas and 6 garlic rolls. When the driver got here, I didn't see the garlic bread but he told me it was in the box and sped off. Upon checking their was no garlic rolls. I called him immediately TWICE and he sent me straight to voicemail. I called the store to let them know and they tried to call the driver to no avail. The guy on the phone offered to give me 5 dollar store credit which i refused because i wont be buying from them again. He also offered me a refund of 2.95 but i would have to wait until tomorrow for the manager or he could send me a new order of garlic bread but i had to wait 30 minutes. I decided to get it redelivered because i probably wont remember to call about a refund of 2.95 tomorrow. Now on to the Pizza.... It was lukewarm at best, dry and had no real flavor. It also look unappetizing. I don't know if its from the garlic or whatever but the pizza left a bitter taste in my mouth. The crust itself was not great either. Also they claim it was a medium but it looked more like a personal pizza. Overall IT WAS A WASTE OF 20 DOLLARS!!! WE ended up THROWING AWAY HALF OF THE PIZZA. I wish i had just ordered from a pizza hut, papa johns or dominos. The pizza would have got here in half the time and at least i know that my family would have enjoyed it. I wish I could get a refund for a waste of time and food since we ended up having to order food elsewhere. I'm only giving two stars because of the guy that i spoke to over the phone (didn't catch his name) and the fact that they redelivered my garlic bread in 15 minutes. Jerry and joes has great pizzas my family and I would eat there all the time, but that all changes from here on out. Reason being is that we would pay roughly about $12 for a large pizza and been doing that once a week for years. We went today September 13, 2017 at 5:15 pm and saw that he put a written sign that said $20 for 1 large pizza, that's outrageous and sad that he would up the price to take advantage of the people in need of food. We are suffering from a crisis and have no power in our homes due to hurricane Irma. And this guy has the nerve to call himself a patron. Needless to say he will be reported for price gouging as of today. So people if you read this this place is ripping you off in your time of need and doesn't deserve our business. Think about it guys, $20 for 1 large pizza when before Irma hit us it was $12 plus tax, you can get 2 large pizzas for $24 from papa johns. I loved this place but they don't love you. I ordered a medium sized pizza via Grubhub. The pizza was supposed to arrive between 21:05 and 21:15. It arrived at 21:45. The pizza was not fresh and it was cold. The cheese had already hardened and the crust was getting soft. Due to this the pizza was not very good. It was late and I didn't want to deal with calling them at the moment. I called them the next day. I spoke to a man with a heavy Spanish accent. I told him that the pizza was cold and therefore not very pleasant to eat. He asked me why I didn't call right away. I told him I am calling now, he laughed at me and repeated the question. I told him that I also never agreed to the tip of 3:75 that deducted from my credit card.
