Review for the employees on 03/10/2025 at 8:55 PM shift
Iâm writing this review not for other customers to see, but for the management team at this locationâbecause you need to know how your employees are handling their jobs.
The food was fine, but the drive-thru service was disappointing. At the pay window, the employee didnât greet me or say a single word other than the total price. I donât know if she wasnât paying attention or just didnât care, but she gave me 11 cents less in change. Itâs not about the moneyâI wouldnât have even said anythingâbut the fact that she didnât look at me once, didnât acknowledge my presence, and just reached her hand out for the transaction shows a complete lack of professionalism.
Then, at the pick-up window, I asked for honey mustard. The young employee was in the middle of a conversation with someone standing next to him and looked visibly unhappy. He handed me one sauce, so I nicely asked for more since I had ordered 20 nuggets and a large fries (I did mention this to him but he obviously did not care). Instead of handling the request professionally, he got annoyed, gave me one more, and turned away before I could even say anything else.
At first, I thought maybe it was just one employee having a bad day, but seeing this same lack of care at both windows makes it clear that this is a management issue. Employees reflect their leadership. If theyâre unprofessional, itâs because no one is holding them to a higher standard.
McDonaldâs is a massive chain, and I donât expect luxury service, and obviously you would not care about this review, and I expect absolutely zero hope that this location will perform better in customer service; but if you (the manager and the employees), as an individual, care about long-term success in your own life later, you should care about basic professionalism. Some might excuse this behavior by blaming low wages, but thatâs a weak argument. No matter the job, having a good work ethic is a personal choiceâand managers should be responsible for making sure employees understand that. This is not only about the job you having right now, itâs about your opportunities and your whole personal career in your whole life. With that unprofessional attitude, you wonât be able to do big in business for your own self, and that...
Read moreI went to this McD a few days ago and everything was a hot mess, I put in my order for a McChicken sandwich and the cashier messed up my order even after I repeated myself 4 times. The manager guy who was handling food wasnt wearing any gloves. And I even waited for a long time to get my order, when I get home I found out that my chicken patty was tiny and burnt, and my fries were soggy.
I went back to the restaurant and told them about it, I held the piece of chicken up. The manager, which was a Black man looked to be in his upper 40s lied to me. He told me the chicken wasnt burnt even though it looked and smell burnt, he also kept telling me I didnt order mayo and lettuce on my sandwich, when I did. He was very rude. I finally get my order after waiting and then he hands it to me, rolls his eyes. Then he goes to a female staff member that has been glancing at me this whole time he interacted with me. He said something to her and then she laughed. So let me get this straight, he messed up my order and then HE has an attitude?
As I left the restaurant my brained told me I couldnt trust eating my food, and that I might as well get a refund. I go back, and this same manager is getting a horrible attitude again when I gave my food back and I asked for a refund. Then I yelled at him, he didnt want to give my money back and plus he was plain disrespectful. I was tired of this. He brought over a white female staff member and lied to her, telling her the new sandwich was burnt when it clearly wasn't. I told him that I go here 3 times a week and he told me not to come back. Too much stress for no reason. 0/5 never going back.
Old Review: They didn't salt my fries. And I got the last cinnamon...
Read moreThe people at this McDonaldâs literally hate working here and I donât blame them. They deal with customers âŠand customers who come all the time that they hateđ«€ The amount of disgust when I request to change an order or have it corrected is unreal! My orders are most usually the simplest: med drink with fries or a coffee- usually black! Thatâs it! All of the grumbling and attitude combined with personal opinions that are shared just because you choose to change the order youâre paying for is uncalled for. I ordered a medium ice coffee (black). The app had it for free if I ordered a large. So I asked for a large instead with light ice. The update came a little late so I was patient and told them at the window I changed it. Iâm used to Grouch face by now but she should not be handing out orders- put her in stock or on the grill. The gentleman behind grouch face had to speak up and state âitâs not an Ice Coffee then!â but it is what I want and thatâs all that matters. Grouch face did what she wanted anyway of course and put EXTRA ice on top to fill it up. Her unique way of saying idgaf⊠TYSM grouch face, the coffee ended up being really good. Hopefully it wasn't made specialđ Not everyone here has a terrible attitude- some of the employees are pleasant enough to deal with. âIm loving itâ? -...
